when booking via Booking.com, it is stated: shuttle bus from the airport is free, but according to the staff, only one trip is free. We had to pay for the second trip from the hotel to the airport (approx. 1 km) according to the hotel's price list.

During my recent stay at VM Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed not only by the facilities but especially by the outstanding service provided by the team. From the moment I arrived, Sovann, Tuthy, and Thona went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was flawless. Sovann was incredibly welcoming, with a warm smile and a positive attitude that set the tone for my stay. She made sure every check-in and inquiry was handled smoothly, providing detailed information about the hotel amenities and surrounding areas. His professionalism and friendliness were truly appreciated. Tuthy was exceptional in the restaurant area, ensuring that every meal was memorable. She was attentive, quick to address any special requests, and provided personalized recommendations that made dining a delight. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests made me feel valued and well-cared for. Thona displayed excellent customer service throughout my stay, particularly in housekeeping. My room was always pristine, and she ensured that all amenities were replenished daily. Her quiet yet effective presence made the stay more comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms, modern facilities, and a prime location, but what truly sets it apart is the team. With individuals like Sovann, Tuthy, and Thona ensuring that every need is met, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not just a luxurious stay, but also impeccable service that leaves a lasting impression. I will certainly be returning, thanks to the amazing staff who made my visit unforgettable!

The facility was super clean, and the staff were very warm and friendly, always at your service. Big shoutout to Meas Sovann, who was very helpful and understanding of my situation. She arranged for a later check-out since my flight was at night, and also made sure my clothes, which I had submitted very late to housekeeping, were ready on time—cleaned and pressed—so I could pack without any worries before my evening flight. Thanks to her and the staffs, my last night in PP and my stay there was just perfect !

It was too bad that my room had a lingering smell of cigarette, although I was on the 7th floor where it’s forbidden to smoke inside the room.. It didn’t really bother me, but it could be an issue for someone who is sensitive to smells.

Very modern hotel. Rooms are designed and finished to a very high standard. Staff are very friendly.

We stayed overnight here because of its convenient location to the airport. We had free transfer from and back to the airport, making life easy for a family of four. The hotel was amazing - with a well-equipped gym, stunning pool, and the best breakfast we experienced in Cambodia with an incredible array of food. My teenagers rated the breakfast and gym 10 out of 10. The rooms were very comfortable. I only wished we stayed more than one night. And a special shout out to Kakada who made our farewell from Cambodia so special. A true gentleman.

The hotel is only more than one kilometer away from the airport. Staff offered us drinks upon our arrival. Thary, one of the front desk staff even escorted us all the way up to our assigned room. Mr. Savin and Mr. Jinshan were very helpful in regard with our transportation and money exchange. It is a first class service!

Nothing really. Not sure if the hotel offers tours but, it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Asia. From the hotel staff, amenities, and facilities were in top shape. Keep up the great work!

The VM is excellent in every aspect! The staff were very kind and helpful. Sovann and Savin were exceptionally gracious hosts. It is located 5 minutes from the airport and the hotel provides free pickup and drop off. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is amazing ! The breakfast was delicious with a wide assortment of choices. We were only in Phnom Penh for one day. We took a tuk tuk to the Genocide Museum and we also visited the Russian Market. We had a late flight and the hotel allowed us to check out and relax at the pool. I highly recommend this hotel!

An excellent business hotel with all the facilities including a free drop to the Airport. The facilities are excellent. The staff goes out of its way to make you feel comfortable. A special thank you to Sovanne during check in, the gentleman who was the duty manager during check out and Gina and Sreenang by the bar who went out of the way to make me comfortable.

It's an Airport business hotel so it is far from the main city

It's new hotel, so everything is very new and clean. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. The complimentary is very good. We can eat all in the refrigerator, it's free of charge. Under this price, this kind of thing is worth the money. Pillow and bed are very good. There are some restaurant, coffee shop and supermarket nearby, very convenince.

If you are looking for the hotel nearby airport, this would be the best choice. If you have to travel from hotel's location to town, it's too far and traffic is very bad. It would be perfect to have a towel hanger in the bathroom.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay relaxed and enjoyable. Bed was very comfortable. Auto lights to light the way to the bathroom were a very good innovation. Great location near to the airport.

Restaurant menu for both food and beverages was very limited. Nobody knew what wine was ! They thought it was designated by bin numbers rather than type of grape ! But I guess the hotel is newly opened and they still have a lot to learn and I wish them luck in their endeavours ! Friendly service, genuine effort and honesty tips the scales for me every time. Overall a lovely experience in a newly opened hotel
