We had a great stay here with our kids and my wife's parents. While the hotel is clearly feeling the effects of the low post-COVID visitor numbers (as is everywhere in Siem Reap), the staff were truly pheromonal and did absolutely everything possible to be helpful, including getting up early to prepare us a packed breakfast the day went to watch the sunrise. Rooms are large, clean and well-equipped, and there's an excellent pool with waterslides for the kids.

The location is a little way out of town, with no facilities in the immediate vicinity. However downtown Siem Reap is only 5 minutes away by tuk tuk.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool area was relaxing and fun. The hotel was basically empty so we had the kids water feature area to play around in. Our sweet was huge and very comfortable.

The televisions were not working. Information given to us was limited ie. Breakfast / dinner times, happy hour times (If available). There was no Information/guides in our suite. We had to request dinner room service at the reception who failed to bring everything we ordered. (All the above points were apparently due to the hotel only having re-opened 2 months ago...) (The Amok dish gave us both running stomachs the next day) There was NO fresh coffee for breakfast. Instead the staff brought us each a glass of milk. The jacuzi was not working :(

The property has all the requisites for a family vacation far away from hustle & bustle of the city. The staff was very helpful esp Ms Kem & Ms Kimisa.

The cabin room was excellent, very large with good facilities and hot water. The sauna and spa bath was in good order and worked well. The staff are friendly and try to help with what they can but need training in better English and relevant skills. We were given a very good rate in USD for 6 days stay which was good value for money

The resort is quite run down and garden not well kept/ maintained including walk ways and other facilities. Most of the swimming pool is for kids which is ok for families but not for me as I like swimming lengths. It is located about 20 minutes from the center of town by tuk tuk - so a bit isolated. Only a couple of staff could speak reasonable English, so communication was difficult. We needed change for USD$20 to pay the tuktuk driver but there is no cash reserve to change larger bills maintained at behind the main desk

The resort is a haven of tranquillity away from the noise and bustle of the city. We enjoyed having few other guests to share the beautiful gardens and pool with. The sauna is fantastic and the pool is very nice, with slides and fountains for the kids. The architecture and design of the shared spaces is beautiful. The open-air gym is a lovely place to exercise. The staff and cooks did everything they could to accommodate us.

The jacuzzi was not working, the kids club was nonexistent and the kitchen was not prepared to make many of the dishes on the menu. There were also two menus, which caused confusion, and neither were accurate regarding which dishes were available. Because the location is so far out of town, this meant we had very few food options. The villa had air conditioning in the bedroom but not the lounge/kitchen, and it was a little dark due to the small windows. Some extra decorations and cushions would make the villas feel a lot more homey. Only one staff member had good English - they should invest in more language training to improve the staff's confidence and ability to communicate easily with guests. This would make a huge difference!
