Great place, many amazing features: - location was perfect, a few steps from the riverside and lots of choices of food and other shops if needed - huge room, though the beds could be more comfortable and no natural light ( ! ), see below. But there were a lot of great features in the room like space to hang clothes, places to sit, surfaces for stuff. - quiet for a good sleep. - amazing rooftop, with pool and breakfast area. Just precious. - great breakfast, good quality and variety. - staff was helpful and nice:)

- a big drawback for me: the windows facing a small gap and other rooms directly in front, very close, there's barely any natural light coming in. So you always need the light on, can't see what the weather is really like, can barely tell if it's night or day. I imagine this is because this layout ensures that there is no noise from the street, making it so quiet. Quietness is amazing but I struggle with not having natural light from my window, especially as we stayed several nights. - the beds were a bit soft for me and with squeaky mattress. Perhaps just old.

The place was great overall. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great location close to everything, and awesome services.

The room I was in was in the back of the building. Not sure if the windows are thin or they are just that loud, but there was a pack of dogs that seemed to bark very loudly all night long, every night. I know it's not the hotels fault that the neighbors' dogs are loud, but it was the worst. Obviously, it's not the hotels fault, and it might be a very nitpicky thing to mention. Be prepared to be the first picked up and the last dropped off for every tour. Unless you book a private tour, the amount of other hotels the tour companies pick up at can add a couple hours to your tours just sitting on the bus/van running around Siem Reap dropping people off. Gotta wake up earlier and an extra hour after walking around in that heat all day wasn't fun for me.

We were very comfortably accommodated at Hari Residence with high-quality fittings and furnishings and a huge, comfortable bed. The sauna was excellent, as was the included breakfast, with European and Asian options including stir fries, fresh fruits, salad, sausages, pastries, bread and a chef to cook you soup or eggs. The staff were excellent and the whole building was designed and maintained to a high standard.

Our room faced the street and at night, a lot of light came in from the bathroom, which had a translucent glass door facing the large bathroom windows. This was only a minor issue, but a curtain across that door would be a plus.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the Pub Street, night markets and river area of Siem Reap and to base yourself at for the Angkor Wat temples and surrounds. The room was very spacious, the bed very comfy and a nice huge bath. The breakfast had more than enough to choose from with egg station to order as required. The pool area was great with a decent size pool that is open until 10pm which was nice to use on the hot nights. Lovely sunset and sunrise views from the pool and seating area above too. All staff were lovely and very helpful and being a solo female traveller I felt very safe and secure at the hotel and surrounding areas whether it be during the day or evenings.

My only gripe is that the room doesn't actually have a fridge - it is one of those "cool box" things that doesn't actually keep anything cold. My advice, get a wine bucket with ice to keep your fresh milk and cool drinks/chocolate/medicine (if required) cold and change daily.

The staff is SUPER friendly! I felt so welcomed and they knew my name right from the beginning. Breakfast ist great they also make fresh egg dishes. The pool area is also pretty nice especially in hot season a huge benefit. I was upgraded to a suite and the room was huge and very pretty.

2 things I have to mention here: 1. The gym is not usable as it doesn’t have air conditioning and is more or less in an open area. With having already in the morning hours about 30 degrees this is not healthy 2. The location is very central which is a good thing. My room was located at the Main Street and the windows felt like they were out of paper. So it was pretty loud.

The Hotel is cosy & decor beautiful. The room and bath room are spacious. Awesome breakfast spread too! Absolutely love their homemade yoghurt & the pastries. Staff are courteous and very helpful. They arranged for airport transfers & made sure the driver waited for us as our flight was delayed. We also booked a Short Circuit Tour of Angkor Temples by Tuk-Tuk from the Hotel. Mr Senchey, the English speaking Guide is very informative and helpful. During our stay, I celebrated my Birthday as well as my Wedding Anniversary & the Staff presented me with a surprise Birthday cake. That's very thoughtful of them. Wished there's more Halal selection in the buffet Breakfast for Muslim guests like me. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the food very much.

My boyfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Hari in Siem Reap, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Nothing, all was pure perfection!

I have travelled all over the world and stayed in some of the nicest hotels. To date, the staff were the nicest I have ever met. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was greeted with a smile and a complimentary drink and snack when I checked in. The room exceeded my expectations, and I loved the view from my balcony. The room was way bigger than I anticipated and the bed was so comfortable. I loved the pool and all the facilities. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff was. Traveling alone, I felt so comfortable and at ease.

If I had to say one thing, it would be that I wish I were given two keys. As I had to bring my own milk and leave it in the fridge and keep the key card in the room to keep the fridge running. Also, the fridge never really got cold. In hindsight, I should have asked the staff to help with that.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly helpful with everything that we asked/needed. The hotel room and amenities were also amazing. Very clean and beautifully designed. The rooftop area is awesome, with a really cool pool and great views over the city. The breakfast buffet was great. The location is also perfect, a short walk away from the downtown restaurants, market, and pub street. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful particularly Danu who was outstanding. Room was very spacious & very clean, complimentary extra bed was setup for my kid, complimentary daily laundry service, complimentary couple massage, a complimentary dinner for me & wife were also provided. Also free drop off to bus terminal was provided in hotel car. Their cappuccino was the best.. What else could we ask for? Loved it..
