The room was spacious and clean. The pool was also clean and quite relaxing. The breakfast spread had a variety and was excellent. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. No complaints for the hotel staff and breakfast and room.

The massage provided at the hotel was 5 times the price I paid outside in the massage places. I kinda felt that the hotel ripped me off on this.. 2/3 times is ok... but 51 USD was a bit too much... A lesson for me.

The hotel is super clean and a real urban oasis, it felt so nice to be surrounded by plants just have beautiful scenery around you when you’re at hotel relaxing. I loved the swimming pool! The staff were honestly the sweetest and nicest people. Special mention to Malin and Nu Nu, they were lovely and always wanted to help to make sure my stay more enjoyable. I definitely recommend booking at Pandora for your Siem Reap stay, it’s a little away from the center but never bothered me as Tuk Tuk or grab made it all super easy to access.

Beautiful hotel with a really nice pool, lovely staff - a real place of paradise! Breakfast was nice and when we had to leave early because of a tour, they packed us a nice to-go box. Really sweet people and awesome hotel.

They played awful western music very loudly in the pool and lobby area. Like top 40 American music which was a really bummer because we came to Cambodia to experience their culture and it was extremely hard to relax to.

The hotel was fantastic! The room was super cozy, the pool area was serene, and the food was delicious. It’s a bit outside the city center, which made it super quiet. And guess what? The staff were incredible - they were so helpful with organizing tours, transportation, and anything else we needed. They were always warm and friendly, making our stay even better. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The property is beautiful. The pool is gorgeous, the landscaping is lovely, the room is spacious, the shower is hot, the breakfast delicious with many options, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It is also quiet.

The only things to mention are the view from the dirty window is not nice and the neighborhood is not very walkable, but I used Grab and sat in the garden, by the pool, or in front of my room.

Location somewhat isolated but they provided everything we needed during our stay so we did not find a reason to leave. Restaurant on rooftop was fantastic, breakfast was made to order and unlimited with exceptional service. The entire staff was amazing, so friendly, helpful and always smiling. Large, spacious, clean rooms, good WiFi and beautiful pool seating with the poolside service. This really was a little paradise for us.

The room was big, spacious and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, helpful and accommodating.

The rooms weren't noise proof. The room above was occupied was someone quite noisy and they were scraping chairs across the floor the whole night through.

This is the second time I have stayed at Pandora. We got a pickup from Airport by Chea, a good driver and welcomed by Nunu at hotel. They are very lovely and kind and as before they are always ready to help what we need. We really love the setting at this hotel. Pool is in the middle and of the building surrounded by tropical garden. We highly recommend this place if you like a colonial style building. Send love to all from David and Jan!!!

Extremely kind and friendly staff. I was greeted at check in with an ice cold, ice filled glass of some delicious green juice. The food was incredible. Great location on a side street, very quiet. Booth like sitting areas outside every room to enjoy the view or take a meal. Chiri was amazing and he made sure I had everything I needed. He’s a solid human and a hard worker.. Although I did not use it, the pool was beautiful.

Hotel is well situated between Angkor Wat and Center of the city. Clean room with minimalism style and lovely pool area and outdoor setting. Staff very attentive and helpful. Tuk tuk was always available at hotel if you wanted to go to pub street. I would recommend this hotel to arrange airport shuttle (fee) and temple tour for you if coming to Siem Reap. They are professional with that!!!

I needed to walk upstairs to have breakfast
