I do not know what to say because it is beyond my expectation. This hotel is located near Angkor Wat but we need to take Tuk Tuk to pub street and it is around 2$. I feel not really unsure when seeing the road going there but getting inside the hotel; it is WOW. We hear the natural sound surrounding like frogs and toads at night and dog bark at night. We get a big room upgrade in front of the pool (Thank Thomas and Lucky for the upgrade) food is also delicious. I will stay here again with my family next time.

Need more cleanliness

Nice quiet area between Siem Reap Center and the Angkor temples area. Very clean, big and well designed room. Beautiful garden with a very little chlorized, very clean pool. Super kind and helpful people at the reception. Organized bicycles for us and even helped us hire a driver for a subsequent trip. The only remark we have is a general statement on most hotels (not just) in Asia: hotel rooms SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE MOSQUITO WINDOWS / MOSQUITO NETS so that the guests can decide for themselves if they really need air condition during a non-hot night!!! - or if they prefer to hear the birds and nature sounds from outside. Air conditioning helps ruining the climate, helps heating up cities and villages so as to make life even more difficult for the poorer of nowadays, and helps destroying ours and our kids' future by wasting electricity and destroying biotopes like the Mekong by building even more dams. Asian "elites" - like most nouveau-rich groups andywhere in the world - mess up progress, development and a sophisticated lifestyle with air con (and driving super-fat over-airconditioned SUVs). .... In that sense, it would also be nice if the (beautiful!) rooms would have little windows in the bathroom and toilet too, because if there were windows, the outside air could go through the room and cool it naturally.

.... as said: the only thing missing is mosquito nets in the room. So as to be able to open the window / door at night. We used our own mosquito textiles which we carry in the suitcase - but not everybody carries such "smart tools"....

Wonderful place! Swimming pool is clean and no so many people, the food is nice, the room facilities and service were good. The staff is friendly, we asked them to prepare our breakfast to take away early in the morning, they did it without any problem, I think they even gave us more than it should be. The breakfast was included and they have different types of it, was also good. Thank you!

In restaurant there were a lot of flies when we were eating, a little uncomfortable.

The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful; they were truly wonderful. Led by Lucky and Thomas, they could not have been better! The hotel is quiet and very close to Angkor Wat. You don't have to go into town to have a great meal, either.

The distance from town is both an advantage and a drawback; you don't have to worry about traffic noise, but on the other hand there aren't stores or ATMs close by, so you have to go into Siem Reap by car or tuktuk for things like that.

The staff is the best!!!! Very hospitable, full of respect. Very accommodating and very hardworking. I like Lucky! She did very good job. And the waitress she is very hardworking. Breakfast is so good. Location is quiet.

The bamboo ladder in the shower room is kinda off. There's no good hanging hooks for clothes in the shower room. TV would be great if there are movies. No airport pick up and dropped off. Add more choices for food.

The building cleanliness and staff were lovely. Furthermore the building is designed beautifully.

Well really everything was nice but I was shocked by the price of bottled water at $4 a bottle. Best just to have the free water they give you at the restaurant. They only give small glasses with a small amount of water but if you keep reminding them that you want a large glass of water they will provide you with one.

The place is quiet and peacful, perfect for relaxation. They even upgrade our room and the room was perfect, from the size and facilities inside it. Rucky, the front desk officer who welcomed us was very accomodating, she answered all our questions and helped us in every way. We also appreciate the service crew at the restaurant named Akun, she provided us excellent service.

Overall is ok to stay. Staff need to be more firendly and more welcome during arrival because it is opened of individual vision as a very important impression. Thank you for everything was okay. I just had a cancelled my food ordered due to the last minute late of my departure. I hope this is just a small dot need to establish. Keep it up a good work next time together. 🙏

- Amazing having a pool literally outside your door. - I hadn't realised the layout of the conplex wasn't a traditional hotel style- the majority of rooms were individual rooms that opened out onto the pool area - Staff were very friendly and accommodating

- Had a TV in room but it wasn't receiving any channels so was a but pointless. Was informed I could be lent a HDMI cable if needed, but I didn't have my laptop so couldn't connect anything. Bit of a shame.

Since I was only in Siem Reap for one night for the purpose of visiting Angkor Wat, the location of this hotel on the way to the temple was perfect. The room rate was reasonable, and the breakfast was nice. The hotel location is also nice and quiet.

The dinner was a bit disappointing, albeit I like the French theme.
