I can not express the gratitude that the resort gave us in our week holiday. The location, staff, food and services were outstanding. I have travelled in Asia and stayed in many top resorts and this was exceptional. I highly recommend this to anyone who is travelling for relaxation and to see the sights. Our guide we booked through the hotel was excellent and knew the best spots and took some amazing photos for us at Angkor wat. The report itself was a sanctuary with amazing food and villa. It’s only a short tuk tuk ride to the bustle and shops.

Everything perfect! The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the staff, breakfast… Not to mention the private pool — that’s exactly what you need after a day exploring Angkor under the scorching sun. Location wise, it’s not the most convenient place if you’re looking for some food within walking distance. But on the other side, it’s close to Angkor Wat and away from the bustling. Everyday mangos would fall from the trees into our yard (we stayed at a Jungloo) and some animals would come at night and have a feast on them (we still haven’t figured out what animals). This didn’t bother us but the food traces would attract ants so maybe just to clean up the mangos would be better. (Just to be clear, this didn’t affect our experience at all. We absolutely loved seeing all those animals at the resort)

We stayed twice there since beginning of January in a Jungloo and we tremendously enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast, in spite of not being a buffet, is excellent. The swimming pool is absolutely extraordinary, huge and very nice. The hotel is slightly outside the city centre but still at a stone’s throw from it with a tuk-tuk. The Jungloo bedrooms are really cosy, with their own terrace a small private swimming pool. The staff is efficient and helpful.

The Jungloo is kind of a tent, with a solid structure but it’s not as noiseproof as a regular room in a building. The hotel provides earplugs, which may be a necessity.

The ambiance here is perfect, it’s all been so well designed. It’s a real haven of peace and beauty. Absolutely stunning villa with private pool. ‘Floating’ breakfast in the pool served at no cost on request was a lovely touch. Beautiful restaurant. Amazing pool. Fabulous food and drink. Outstanding service. Rabbit and Guinea pigs around the gardens were a highlight. Ask the staff for carrots to feed them!! Great gym. Perfect location as a base for the Angkor Temples and within easy tuktuk from town. This really is an exceptional place. In fact, so good we extended our stay. A very memorable experience to stay here, thank you.

We stayed in a villa with a private pool. The place was so gorgeous we extended our stay a week and a half. The staff was amazing and so friendly. The food was delicious. It was so easy to get around because the Ruk tuks literally sit outside the front door. We made friends with a few of the drivers and they were happy to give us their WhatsApp numbers so we could call them. Room service was delicious and inexpensive. We even had wild bunnies and a cat that came to visit us everyday. The rabbits really made themselves at home, visiting out us when the doors were open. The pool was wonderful and the staff checked on us twice a day, first to clean and then turn down the bed. They brought us cookies every night. Templation is so convenient to Angkor Wat. This is our go to place from here on out.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I’ve never had that before in a hotel. It was top notch.

Couldn't fault this hotel. They were so perceptive and it was honestly one of the nicest places I stayed. The staff after the first day knew who I was and I never had to show my hotel key again. Even when I checked out they knew I was heading to Battambang and assisted me getting my luggage into the tuktuk. I was in a Jungloo room with the private pool. My only qualm about the room I was given was that there was a tall building next to the wall so people could peer down into the pool and the room. Especially workers on the scaffolding. If that's an issue maybe request a room on the other side (the uneven numbers). Every night I received a little sweet treat on my bed and they made up the room for bedtime. A free minibar (4 x cans drink) was provided which was restocked during the daily housecleaning and evening. The air-conditioning worked very well for a glamping style tent. The private pool was my favourite part! So worth it after hot dusty days exploring Angkor Wat. Breakfast was included, not buffet, you order what you like and it is delivered very quickly. I enjoyed watching the bunnies next to the main pool during breakfast. Lunch was fantastic there as well. Finally the staff were what really made the hotel. Always smiling, always so friendly and willing to help out with any requests I had with no hesitation. I didn't get a chance to visit the spa but without a doubt it would be amazing as well.

This is out of control for the hotel, but as the location is quite a way out of town, you need to take a tuk tuk to get to and from the main centre. Currently the going rate to get into the city is $3USD. In saying that, it is so close to Angkor that it really was convenient in that respect.

What a beautiful facility, when we told our friends that we booked tents in Cambodia and thinking we were crazy. But when we saw our Jungleloo, we were estatic! It was like camping in total glamping style. Our little tent huts were completely sealed off for bugs, and we had great ac and our own little pool. However we swam in the big one and it was heavenly, especially after a long day temple hopping. Oh and don’t even get me going on the food it was so fresh and delicious and so different! The breakfast was amazing too! The staff were so gracious and kind. We’d definitely stay there again!

This MAADS group of hotels provides excellent facilities. Several types of accomodation on offer. Private pools and a huge beautiful pool. Lovely food at hotel restaurant. We stayed in the Jungloo which is like glamping with air con. Everywhere you look is green plants, birds and chipmunk squirrels. Staff were helpful and friendly. They arranged pickup for us from bus station and drop off at airport. The tuk tuk drivers who are based outside entrance are very good. It is difficult to return to ordinary tourist chain hotels after staying here. We loved our stay.

A little bit of mold in shower but it must be difficult when living in damp jungle.

Great place that’s remote enough to be quiet, but still near enough to the main city to be within 5/10 mins via tuktuk. Staff was wonderful and accommodating and just want to ensure you have a great stay. Loved the breakfast options and the addition of the bunnies, gym, pool, and business center. Great amenities! Would definitely stay again.

Room was great but could be a little bit cleaner, there was a bit of what looked like black mold in the shower. Also AC was a bit finnicky where it was either too cold at night or too hot during the day.

I’ve been to 32 countries in the world and this is by far my favourite hotel ever. The staff were absolutely incredible they went above and beyond. Don’t get me started on the bed it was amazing I wanted to buy one and ship it home it was that comfortable. Having a private pool was such a novelty I’ll never forget. Not much nearby but you don’t really need to leave this hotel it’s so amazing! And they have bunnies running around!

It was a little loud at night not sure where it was coming from sounded like a festival, but did quiet down around midnight.
