The room was very spacious! We were surprised to find it had a microwave, which was great. The bed was big and super comfortable. I can say this was the best sleep I've had in a very long time. I didn't want to get out of the bed!

There was a surprise $50.00 hold charged to my card uponcheck in, which was unexpected and drained most of the money I'd saved for eating out that night. The money was given back in the morning, but I wish I'd been informed prior to arriving so that could plan accordingly and save extra for that.

The Breakfast was great! Lots of variety. The Best were comfy and checkin/out process was easy. The room in general was clean and had lots of storage. Also lots of room in the bathroom for doing makeup!

The bathtub should have had a good cleaning before we got there because we could see dirty marks on the floor of the tub as well as higher on the bathtub walls. The other thing that i wish was implemented was for the breakfast the staff gets the breakfast for you or people need to wear masks when breakfast is being served. There was a young girl that had a cold and sneezed all over the pickup tools. I let the staff know right away but it was pretty gnarly.The Staff was super nice about it and acted immediately! So they did the very best they could. You cant control otheres right?

The breakfast was excellent! The eggs did not taste like every other free breakfast hotel, they had taste and the consistency was perfect! Well done! Lots of options for breakfast, and the staff in there handled the rush very efficiently- many sports teams were there, and they kept everything stocked on time, and cleaned every table as soon as it opened up! The room was very comfortable, nice clean couch, huge tv, and most comfortable bed and sheets I have slept in!

It was very loud as there were so many sports teams there. We went down to the pool, and the water slide had clumps of hair and unknown things stuck at the top, it was extremely disgusting. I do how understand though that you cannot stay on top of cleaning a water slide and pool area while so many guests are occupying it.

Very clean, new hotel with good room amenities. Swimming pool options were a nice bonus.

Hotel layout was a little unusual (elevator). Options for stairs weren't well labelled. Kitchenette options would be nice for a family of 6. A toaster or microwave would be appreciated to keep costs down.

They were a bit busy at front end with checkins & needed to be reminded to turn on lights in the pool area. It was getting dark in there for anyone to swim. I would monitor that more for guests safety. But they did finally get into the area before close which was good.

was a hockey tournament going on and kids seemed to be running up and down the halls yelling with no supervision, was hard to get my kids to sleep with all that noise. pillows were not the best

I like the location and pool / waterside and hot tub also the breakfast was above average and comfortable king suite.

Long wait to check in staff on phone call for bookings / needs to be 2 counter staff . Exact same thing needing towels for pool had to wait with impatient kids waiting to be served. Most places towels are out not hidden behind desk.

The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. While there the washing machine broke down. Towels were in storage. They did their best to make sure we got our towels once they had fixed the machine. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was good and the location was perfect for us. It was near all the stores we wanted to go to during our stay. The beds were comfortable.

Everything looked nice but felt cheap. Everything in the rooms felt cheap and poorly built including the dressers. The door in the bathroom was set up strange and was half an inch from hitting the toilet as it swung open or closed.

location is great to our needs, Breakfast was great, has good variety. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. The price is very good for it's location to the larger stores like Ikea which was our main reason for being in Edmonton.
