The location was excellent. (I used to live on 85 Ave between 110 and 111 so I am familiar with the neighbourhood.) The staff were very friendly and helpful - early check-in, bag storage, directions, etc.

I was going to have supper at Earl's with some friends but there was too much noise. I know that Earl's is independent from CST but it is very handy. The High Level Diner and the Upper Crust are pleasant alternatives. There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

The property is good and close to the university ..good to stay for parents coming to drop their children’s to the university …

The cleaning was not properly done in the apartment. The toilet was dirty even after they do the house keeping..They need to refill all items in the kitchen as well ..Welcome or drinking water is not provided.. I have to buy from the nearest store ..

Location was perfect for being close to U of A university for a hockey camp my son was attending

The only thing I can say negative about the hotel is that I wish there was a fan in the bathroom to remove the steam from room. When the door was opened it would cause the smoke detector to beep( not go off just beep) and we would have showers in the evening before bed so would have to listen to it beep for at least 30 min

I love that I could have my dog with me and that I had a kitchenette suite. It made my week in Edmonton really nice! The staff were all so amazing and they LOVED that I had my dog. Such a pet friendly place.

The rooms could potentially use an upgrade.

Suite was spacious, did not expect this! Everything was neat and clean, welcome package include water bottle and some sweets. It has a small kitchen with microwave, stove top, cooking pans, coffee machine! love the experience, i should come again with my wife and my baby.

The apartment was very spacious for 1 person. Staff was very nice and polite. No breakfast at the hotel but I went to the CornerHub just at the corner so no problem at all.

It's not the hotel fault but one night, the hotel was fully booked and there was probably an event in the city but people were so noisy and obnoxious. I almost considered to leave that night...

1. The upgrade to a larger two bedroom made our stay much more enjoyable and restful. 2, Closeness to the University Hospital and 3. nearby restaurants

The warning notices of the high theft in the parking facilities. We appreciated the notice and suggestions of not leaving any thing of value in our vehicle but not a very comforting feeling.

Location is perfect for commuting to The Cross Cancer Institute and U of A Hospital. Staff and customer service is excellent. Very easy to get to.

I didn't like the fact I had to pay for parking as a Registered Hotel guest. If you are staying than parking for 1 vehicle should be free and possibly charge for additional vehicles. It is VERY noisy while sports teams are there.

Excellent location relative to University of Alberta Hospital (across the street) or UofA campus. If visiting Hospital as patient or care giver, this hotel is an excellent choice. Most suites are double with kitchenette, however they will upgrade to two bedroom suite with walk in shower on request… for this you must call directly. Excellent restaurant and coffee sandwich place on main floor … recommend the breakfast sandwich! good parking (free for stay over 20 days). less than ten minutes to downtown and closer to shops and restaurants on Whyte Avenue.

Place is good, great location close to the university , only issue I had was I could not seem to get the heat to turn on very hi, room got chilly at night
