The location was excellent, and the room was quite large. Overall, our stay was satisfactory, and we would stay again. This was our second stay in a slightly larger room, which was better for two big teenagers and two adults. One of our teenagers was very pleased with the jet tub.

Cost was a bit high, bed mattress on one of the queen beds was sagging and very worn - needs replacement. We were there for a sporting event that started at 7am, so sadly the breakfast did not start soon enough for our event -but there was no way to have a reduced fee because of this. We were incorrectly told breakfast would start at 6:30am, but in reality it did not start till 7am. We asked for a late checkout (1 hour extended) so we did not have to pack up gear so early in the morning before our sporting activity. We were told we had to ask for that at 7am on the day of check out - being able to confirm this (or have it denied) in advance would be better service.

Love that there's no carpet. Breakfast was ok, but there needs to be more than 1 person manning the food and dining area. The woman working there worked fast enough for 2 people, yet there should have been more. There should be 1 person restocking the dining area with places, cutlery, keep eye out on tables that aren't cleared with dirty dishes, wipe the tables, etc. There should be another person preparing the food, another putting the food out. We had the same woman all 3 days. She did amazing and deserves a huge raise!

That the lady working breakfast was by herself with 0 help

We had a faulty air conditioner but were quickly moved to another room. We always like the quietness of the rooms and that was one of the reasons we came back. The room is tastefully decorated and clean. A good selection of soap and shampoo. We like the hot breakfast. Included in the hotel price, it saves a lot of extra money buying what would otherwise be a $40.00 meal.

The door was sticky and hard to open. The air conditioner was faulty in the room we had but as mentioned we were quickly moved with no problems.

The location was closer to the edge of town than we wanted to be but we didn't want a shared bathroom, which was all the B & Bs close to our destination had to offer. The breakfast buffet was better than expected, and although staff were a little slow to replenish items, they were very helpful and courteous.

There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. We like to travel with a nightlight to plug in in the bathroom so we don't have to turn on the glaring overhead lights for visits in the middle of the night.

I liked the location. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the beds were comfy. Really enjoyed the continental breakfast.

I had a good experience, and my family had a good experience. Most of my family thought the pillows were decent, but two members thought they were too hard. Other than that the overall experience was good.

Very clean, fresh and comfortable room. Cleanliness at the highest level! Very tasty and varied breakfast (as for such guest breakfasts) in a pleasant and comfortable place without plastic dishes.

The only drawback was the high hearing level through the doors (people could be heard walking down the corridor). But, given all the other advantages of the hotel, it is acceptable.

Breakfast was very good not like the other places where they just make you cook everything yourself everything was hot there was scrambled eggs, French toast sausage. The only thing I had to cook for myself was the toast and it was so close to the West Edmonton Mall it was a plus for shopping.

I couldn’t say anything bad about the place because the price was awesome great location, great parking and the breakfast was free

The location, the rooms were good size, the air-conditioning was pretty old age but worked fine. The amenities were overall good. The lady at the breakfast buffet was a superwoman. She single handedly catered to all the guests, made us waffles, refilled all the food containers, and kept the area clean and tidy.

The carpets require steam cleaning. There could have been more options in the breakfast. I wish they had more options like omellete, boiled eggs.

Very clean rooms. Looked like they were newly refinished. Updated furniture and headboards. Ample parking, we were able to park against the building close to an exterior door near our room. Hardwood flooring in bedroom so no icky carpet that has had who knows what all on it. Bedding and towels were bright white and in perfect fluffy condition. Bathroom was clean. 10/10 would recommend. We were there for a quick overnight stay so did not use the other amenities

convenient location to West Edmonton Mall, shopping and restaurants. Free breakfast was good and helped the budget for our family holiday. Good value for the money spent.

Room was too hot at night and the temperature could not be controlled. when trying to turn the heater - to cool it failed to work and shut off so we had to open the window even though it’s winter. That made it a noisy sleep and the window froze open and could not be shut.
