Very clean rooms and facility. Location was very quiet. Staff were very helpful.

Using key cards to operate the elevator, I understand the reasoning. However, the hotel NEEDS to make sure the stupid cards actually WORK. You needed to repeatedly insert the key card until you received a green light, so you could use the elevator....if it worked in 5 attempts....you won the lottery. I had to have my cards replaced 3 times. THE KEY CARDS DON'T WORK IN THE ELEVATOR!!! Extremely frustrating. Be careful, if you think the hotel is located in the NW part of Edmonton, it actually isn't. I needed to be much closer to the Acheson area and specifically booked this hotel because the address said it was in the NW. Spoiler alert....it's NOT in the NW part of the city. It's more like the SE part of Edmonton. Also, lots of construction in the area

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!!! Very helpful and always wanted to help if they could! made the stay all that better! very easy to find but nothing around to walk to but many amenities not far by car - A&W/Timmies. Very quiet! Pool was a bit of a challenge to find at first and steps to use the hot tub / pool are plastic and not tile so easy to use for adults and child with the stairs and bar very close for support!

the beds did NOT come with a full blanket. found this strangely odd. 2 sheets and a very thin brown sheet type between the 2 sheets. Would of preferred a full blanket on top. my nephew had spilled juice on the sheets and I pulled them off thinking the staff would get the hints to take and change them like the towels. Both days they were out back on the bed when we got back and I had to facepalm of why they didn’t get the hint as the juice marks were by all means still on the sheet. the elevator is a HUGE hit or miss. some people have 0 issues with it working, other struggle for 5 mins to get it to work (have to push the card into a slot and “slowly” take it out then tapping it like many other hotels)

The room was clean; staff were helpful in all situations when inquried. It was a great location; close to various areas and ammenties The pool was a great option for our kids and acccess to both restaurants was ideal

They struggled to keep up with the maintanence of the pool (no towels) and it was not as clean as we would have liked We travelled with our family and requested our rooms be together; this was not accommodated (due to an error). They were kind about it.

The rooms were spacious and lovely. Staff very friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I am not usually able to sleep well in hotels but I very much did during my stay.

The cupboard fronts were sticky. Some spots in the room not as clean as I would expect from a Raddison. The hallways a little unkept and the lounging area down one of the halls seating was quite stained and filthy. Otherwise everything was to my expectations.

The property was great! The room was very comfortable and I was able to enjoy my stay.

The room service (cleaning staff), was not very good this time around. I arrived an hour after check in and I was told that the room was still not ready because in house service did not clean the room. The front desk clerk very kindly advised that she could change my room type to something that was available, but I refused. It took a few minutes, but a room was eventually made ready for me. The in house cleaning team did not clean my room on the second day, and it was left in a bad state for the rest of the stay. This did not affect my stay in a major way, but it would have been great if they could have cleaned up more.

It was a one night stop over stay. Everything was satisfactory.

I did find the parking lot/ entrance to the lobby & room a bit confusing. I believe it’s because the hotel is a conference style building and therefore has open spaces to accommodate large crowds of people. Those areas & rooms seemed to take priority over actual hotel rooms. It was not a problem, just wasn’t what I am accustomed to. 😊

The hotel was really nice and clean. The rooms were very big and the beds were super big and comfortable.

I didn't like that they had no entrances closer to our rooms with room key access. It was a long walk from the lobby to our rooms in the west wing, which made loading a pain in the ass. Especially traveling with children.

Comfy room and bed. Quiet. Good rate. Easy access to main roads.

Outside maintenance needed attention. Garbage cans not emptied for couple of days and overflowing. Beautiful planters on patio dying due to no one watering them. Reported to reception. Only garbage emptied.

Very helpful reception staff. She tried to fix the air conditioning issue herself since technician was off duty. Finally when it did not work, gave me a change of room immediately with an apology. Ample car parking and spacious lobby are a plus.

No food options as restaurants closed. Poor and old air conditioning systems and small room area in queen rooms. Television is outdated and small size. Definitely can provide bigger size led tvs.

Beautiful place, good location, easy packing and quiet.

Front pretty nice, but house keeping is not was not I expected. We stayed 3 nights bed was not clean, towels and showers supplier missing we had to call front desk a few time.
