I liked the fact that the comfort inn and suites were very accommodating to switch rooms because there was an issue with the first room we had and also helped out with a discount on the room and an additional discount for the pool not operational at that time , my fiance and i will always choose the comfort inn and suites for our stays , thank you staff and management

The other room we got switched to had a bit of an odor but other than that , it was just fine

Loved the top floor room, the staff were very helpful after an initial mix up. Pool was fun, breakfast was tasty on the second day (and completely abandoned service/ lack of food on the first day), the room was clean, lots of spots teams but they were all courteous.

The downstairs room by the lobby was loud (could hear the doors opening and closing and conversations at check in), dark, low ceiling, view of the dumpster and smoke break area of another business out the window. I kindly asked to be moved and they were so very helpful with finding me an amazing room ( bright, airy, open) with a view on the top floor. Lack of service in the breakfast area on the first day of our stay. No food refills for over 45 mins, really messy, most people just complained, grabbed cereal and left as they were in a rush to get to games. It's like they were short staffed or completely forgot or something. The second day everything in the breakfast was great!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and even gave the dogs treats. If and when I come that way again I will definitely stay there again.

I did not find or have anything we disliked. The was ample parking close even though I had a large trailer for moving with me.

Pool and rooms and friendly staff

The breakfast arrangement was terrible. Many people showed up 30 minutes before breakfast closed and there was hardly any food. When the cook made more, it wasn't nearly enough and again people had to wait. We barely got any food. There were not enough seats either. Putting the waffle maker between the line up and the hot food is not a good idea either. People were just waiting for the waffle makers to finish, not wanting to be rude and walk past them to the hot foods. This issue added to the problem.

The lady at the entrance was very friendly, the rooms were spotless, super clean, the sheets they did smell like clean, we brought our daughter to the pool and the pool was as well very clean and super fun for the kids. The breakfast had lots of options, nothing bad to say for our stay, just good thigs. I do recommend this place to stay.

my room was not clean , even though we stayed four nights , I was greatly disappointed .

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were really friendly when I came in. I had two dogs and it was easy to get a pet friendly room. The kids really enjoyed the waterslide and the pool. The breakfast was really great! Almost better than I expected. There was yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, tons of different breads and donuts, cereal, bacon, eggs, these yummy mini pancakes, make your own waffles, and juice. They had coffee with all the fixings. Different kinds of creamers and sugar. I most definitely would stay here again

I am an allergy sufferer and this location had pet free rooms. The room was Clean and fresh and did not have an pet dander and any cleaning chemical smells.

The property didn’t have any rooms Without carpeting for this who suffer from dust allergies.

The staff was soooo friendly!!! The beds were very comfy, the rooms were well laid out, super clean and temperature was always perfect. Parking was well lit and lots of space. We didn’t stay long, we wished we could have stayed longer though!!

We had some noisy stompers in the room above us but wasn’t too bad!

1. No decaf options for coffee 2. Pork in the egg mixture as an omlet. At least have eggs just on their own. Not everyone consumes pork like us. 3.urine on floor in front of toilet 4.Had to call front desk at midnight to complain of people above us banging on the floor dropping stuff and running around (baseball team). I didn't get much sleep even after the call I made..it just continued.
