We unknowingly stayed in Red Deer during Westerner Days and hotels were booked up. Normally we would have stayed in a more modern upscale hotel. As a budget hotel the accommodations were fine. It was clean and I felt safe staying here. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to know that the pool was closed for maintenance beforehand. The hallways were very warm and the complimentary breakfast was average.

I was very impressed with this motel. The rooms were very nicely appointed. They were clean. They had a large fridge. And a fireplace. The bed has foam mattresses that were quite comfortable. The room was well worth the budget price.. I will book here next time I am staying in Red Deer. Kudos to the staff and management at this motel.!

The pool and hot tub was off, but I do understand that.

The staff weren't very friendly. The breakfast person never brought any other food out and it was only 940. And at 10 she put the last bagel away and juice. I was surprised she did that as I was making bagels for my children. I understand it's over at 10 but when we came she was asked to bring out a bit more food & never

Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Love the fireplace in the room. Sunny the housekeeping was very helpful.

Facilities are too far from our room. Our room was all the way to the end, and the front desk, breakfast room and guest laundry was at the other end. Need to request for a microwave coz nothing in the room.

Nice and cozy inside with ac on all the time during our stay, and i wouldn't expect that it has a kitchen on, so yeah, it was a good experience with my friends staying here. And good value for the money

The breakfast, my friend said that the free breakfast is a little odd. They said everything is on zipped lock, but we don't really care about it.

How clean and up kept it was! Looks like brand new and you can tell they have great staff taking care of the place.

The garbage cans were small but did the job for trash. Only thing I could suggest is making sure running the jets through a cycle cause when we tried the jacuzzi and jets there was a bunch of dirt that randomly came out into the water and stuck to the sides.

Honestly the best part of my experience was the staff. SO accommodating, friendly, and made us feel at home. Many other hotels for a price like this would not even come close to the level of service we received. And the pancakes with cream cheese were a MUST HAVE

A kettle inside the suite would be nice but that's a luxury honestly so no complaints from me!

Everything was very clean. Didn't eat the continental breakfast, but it looked adequate. Nice option of 2 pillows, one hard, one softer. The room was very big, and had a full size fridge and a microwave, which I was not expecting.

The pool was out of order. And we couldn't find the games room though we didn't ask either.

breakfast has good variety of options. Location is very good for the location of our event. Staff are wonderful. They are friendly, courteous and very accommodating.

The bathtub takes a very long time to fill. There is no code pad to open far door so means a bit of a walk to the nearest door with a code box.

Very nice motel! The AC was very strong, the rooms large, the beds comfortable and clean. There was even a full size fridge which was interesting! We really enjoyed our one night! Would definitely go again!

The breakfast wasn't that great, very simple. Think muffin, coffee, some cereal.
