Excellent breakfast. Breakfast staff did an excellent job keeping the food trays filled and food area exceptionally clean. The staff also quickly cleaned tables in eating area. Coffee pots were kept full and hot. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Very efficient during check in and check out. Responded quickly if asked any questions. If they did not know the answer to a question quickly found someone who could. There was a minor soccer tourney the weekend we stayed in the hotel. Every room booked. Room cleaning was well done. Room’s extremely clean. Breakfast and front desk staff handled high volume of guests extremely well.

I cannot think of anything I could point out. Staff are well trained. Even brand new staff were up to speed quickly. Management deserves recognition for this.

The hotel was located very close to the hockey rink where our daughter had goalie school. The dining room was integrated into the lobby and available for use at all times. The breakfast featured a variety of hot and cold options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The only drawback was that only one of the elevators was in service for the majority of our stay and the pool was small. So many kids were swimming.

It was a great location to where we were attending a wedding. The hotel was really nice and super close to a couple different restaurants, BP right across the parking lot and the Tri-Leisure centre just a short walk away. The staff was very nice

The hallway to our room was like antarctica. It was so cold. Our room was right next to the fan and it was extremely cold at our end, thankfully our room was comfortable. The front desk offered to move us, but it would have meant moving to another floor and I had family on the floor we were on. They were accommodating.

It seemed new, clean, well cared for and well appointed. The location was perfect for me. It had a great breakfast.

I liked everything about it. Just wish my stay there could have been longer. Oh I guess there is one thing. I found the lighting rather dim in the bathroom for applying makeup. Some hotels have makeup mirrors attached to the walls also which are very nice.

It was completely clean top to bottom. The front desk guy that was working that evening was a complete sweetheart. I wished I had gotten his name to give a shout out !!! You Can tell they follow Covid protocol with cleaning and doing best they can with restrictions…. That being said Bagged breakfast was pretty good considering and the morning staff were so lovely. Pool and the deck was actually clean and warm. The person in charge of that needs a pat on back !!

The side doors locked at 11, So if you go for a smoke you gotta walk all the way around to get back inside, but at least it’s safe :)

The location is awesome surrounded by dining options. It’s right across from the tri leisure centre and a really nice kids park right beside. The staff was awesome always friendly and quick to fulfill all requests. Above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Always only stay here when our family travels through. Been here 5+ times and every time has been as good as the last. Super clean too so housekeeping is on point! Great job!

Breakfast was good. Good selection. Staff were very nice.

Bacon would have been nice a nice option instead of pork sausage everyday. It was busy when we were there and had to wait for stuff to be replenished Ie coffee, eggs, but that is understandable.

it’s comfortable and very clean! great location with lots of amenities close by!

It took forever to get hot water we had to let the shower and tap run for a very long time to get any. it’s a huge waste of water but I didn’t feel like an ice cold shower. we’ve stayed here several times and not had that issue.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room, best continental breakfast we have ever experienced! The location was close to all amenities. Totally satisfied!

The staff are super excellent, the breakfast is always amazing the bed was perfectly comfortable

The jacuzzi was uncomfortable but it was large enough for both my husband and myself. But this is the only thing we can complain on everything else was amazing
