I love how clean and welcoming the hotel is. I love the fact that breakfast is free every morning, and the staff is very nice. It's in a good location, especially if you have a car to get around. It's right in front of the spaghetti factory, which serves great food. The room I stayed in had a little kitchenette. The shower was amazing, and tje beds were soooo comfortable.

I didnt like that the pool wasn't open. We were told that they were waiting for a part to come in that they ordered. The vending machine didn't have any water on either floors.

Location very convenient. Decently sound proof between rooms and floors. Beds comfy; pillows medium soft, nice coffee set up and fridge and microwave convenient as well. A/C unit amazing. Overall clean and nice experience.

A single sugar; coffee whitner in a packet is not sufficient especially if your serving dark roast. Everything awesome.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at hands down. The staff are friendly and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean, the ac is powerful. Great location, love that the spaghetti factory is right there! (One of my fave restaurants!) Overall a perfect stay. I always stay here when i go to abbotsford!!

Attended an event at the Abbotsford Center. The Coast's location was central to the event and just a short Uber ride away, so that was very convenient. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and general shopping, all within walking distance. Just off Hwy 1 so easy to jump back on the freeway to our next destination.

Pool was not open.

Location was perfect for attending the TradeEx at Abbotsford airport. Really appreciated the outdoor doggo section at the back too; lovely spot for them to do their business. Very cool lobby with artwork by a local artist; felt good to hear the business supporting locals. Also, very conveniently; grocery store, liquor store, take-out and restaurant options just steps away.

I have food allergies so the prepacked "continent breakfast" was not a value for me.

Maybe add something from the Valley like, blueberries during the season or similar. Coffee is plan black drip water with little flavor and a stronger version would be a great addition.

Breakfast is much better than the brown paper bag but very much a "sysco" special which could have been from any mid-range hotel. Maybe a freshly boiled egg could add some value.

Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable stay. The room was air conditioned and has a mini-fridge. We needed a place to sleep after a concert and Coast Abbotsford Delivered. Next time we come to an event in Abbotsford we plan to stay there

Pillows were a little soft

It is a nice place , we needed a place to stay because of bad weather . It was clean and comfortable on the inside. The parking lot was a mess, and there were no cleared parking spaces. It was a stormy day , but it seems like other businesses in other cities can get their parking lots cleared when it snows .

Easy to locate. The Old Spaghetti Factory was the best we have eaten in. The Continental breakfast was good but had all the plant based milks for cereal. Oat, coconut and almond. The staff was great.

Nothing important. However, the front door baggage carts need to be replaced. They work but are not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

The hotel was so clean with beautiful, calming decor. Because of Covid we did not have a served breakfast but the pre packaged take out breakfast was sufficient and actually a nice snack for the morning. The bed was pretty comfy... a little softer than I am used too but was adequate. The large shampoo AND conditioner... most hotels only offer a tiny bottle of shampoo only, was a welcome site. Also nice smelling, quality body lotion was an added bonus. For the hotel being right off a main highway, It was considerably quiet! Easy access to Starbucks and other quick food places. Easy access to Highway 1. I would absolutely stay here again!
