Every staff I saw was genuinely happy to be working there so it felt friendly like home! Clean and spacious and best price in the entire lower mainland really. No stress and problems like other horrible places we’ve stayed at. Endless cold ice water and coffee in the lobby!!!!

The continental breakfast was simple and small which was ok but the pre-made waffles were always super dark toasted and barely warm. No peanut butter which was odd. Instead of just a few apples, I would have liked to see maybe some bananas too? BUT grateful for free breakfast all the same and nothing ever ran out!

the breakfast was terrible. I would prefer a $5.00 McDonalds gift certificate No muffins, no bagels, bread and some type of dried up pkg. waffles . No butter only Margarine. Apples. Very surprised at the low level of the breakfast.

Staff were very polite and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Beds were huge, consisting of a king bed and a queen bed, sufficient for a family of 5. Our room was located at level 1 near inside the main building, which I felt was safe and secure. We visited the heated pool, it looked very clean. However we didn't use the facilities. The location is great. There are many eateries around, tim houtons and burger king are located right in front of the hotel. The price of a night stay was very reasonable.

Breakfast could be improved. It will be great if omelettes can be provided.

This hotel was better than expected, easy to get to, good location and close to shopping and major transport routes and the staff were lovely. We had a big room which was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was included and was a bonus for us. It offered a good basic breakfast with great coffee on tap.

Wifi was not good, kept dropping in an out.

Ease of check in, friendly staff happy to go the extra mile to accommodate specific needs. Abundant breakfast items to satisfy most every tastes. Rooms are comfortable and clean, quiet despite being near a major thoroughfare. Close to the TransCanada so easy to hop off the hiway, get a good night rest with minimal disturbance and continue your trip the next morning.

Accommodations could always be less expensive! But, it isn't as expensive as other hotels that would provide the same level of service and comfort.

This location is close to the US/Canada border crossing, a big plus. Close to a great selection of restaurants. The staff was great, the front desk changed us to a more accessible room when I walked in with crutches. Good customer service.

The breakfast waffles could have been better. Coffee was good . The swimming pool is a very big plus after a long drive

The place was clean. An experience with a different hotel caused me to purchase a black light for inspecting hotel cleanliness. This hotel was very clean. Bedding, floors, bathroom, etc.. I did not have much interaction with staff, but what I did have was good.

The wifi ( ????or perhaps it was my device????) was sporadic at best.

We had an awesome time. We checked in early. The rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. The bathroom area was clean. They provided additional facilities. The family loved it. The pool was the highlight. Everyone wanted to try the slide. The staff were friendly and the hotel was located in a lovely neighbourhood with shops and restaurants minutes away.

Breakfast was pretty basic. However, upon request you can get additional items.

We really appreciate the Super 8 because of its great location and is pet friendly. We especially like the fact they have provided a bit of green space for the pets. My only suggestion might be to add a gate and close off the area behind the hotel where the green space is. That way, we could let the he animals run around around a bit, supervised of course.

This was nicer than the photos showed, the room was updated, the staff were lovely and gave us some milk for the coffee in our room. Our kids (6&8 years) absolutely loved the water slide & pool, which was nice and warm. There is also a simple little gym too.

Only one blanket on the beds so not very cozy in winter but heating worked well. We preferred the breakfasts that other motels of the same chain in other locations provided, rather than getting the $5 voucher for Tim Hortons. Jets in the hot tub didn't work.
