It was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable!

The only thing I can say against it was there was no elevator and carrying our heavy suitcase up and down two floors was a real problem, and it was not very handicapped friendly for the same reason. Also the air conditioner was very noisy and that made sleeping hard. That’s the same problem I have had in most hotels I’ve stayed in. Th breakfast was also not friendly to my diet, because it was all carbs. Not diabetic friendly so it was wasted on me.

The rooms were extremely clean, I am an air B&B specialist and I look for everything, I was shocked even the registers were clean no dust nothing. The view was stunning as well in the morning as the sun rises.

The only thing I would suggest for this hotel is they need to clean or replace the waffle maker in the breakfast room this should be the one thing they should do other then that the place is very good and I’d stay again

The Room was clean and spacious. The Bed was comfortable and the view we got was really nice.

Slight downfalls; the air conditioning unit sounds like a jet plane taking off, we couldn’t sleep with it on at all. It did work well enough to cool the room down fast so we could turn it off and sleep. Other downfall is that the walls must be super thin, we could hear next room talking away and they weren’t talking loud

Great price and very nice rooms. Modern and great breakfast! Showers have excellent pressure and spray. Towels were fresh and bathroom has plenty of mirror and counter space for sharing. The vending machine offers healthy options which shows Knights Inn has remained fresh and kept up with its regal name, rooms fit for royalty

My fee included continental breakfast which was excellent. My favourite cereal: cinnamon crisp, toast that I put in the toaster and was hot, cream cheese and peanut butter plus coffee - perfect!

Nothing. A deposit was taken when I arrived and when I checked out the manager quickly checked my room and refunded the deposit immediately.

Location is perfect, peaceful environment. The staff are ready to help when one has inquires .

The bedsheets are too old and thin, and pillow covers are wanting! The breakfast options are limited, very little proteins, just a lot of sugar.

Receptionist during the day and evenings was very good. Locations was excellent and the parking lot had good lighting. Rooms smelled refreshing.

The freezer in the fridge was not working the best as it was hard to freeze the ice packs.

Part of personnel is not speaking English, sometimes this was required, but actually not a big problem.

The location was great. Staff were helpful and cheerful.Stayed 4 nights, good value for money. Continental breakfast was adequate for our needs. They stored our luggage prior to check-in, which was very much appreciated.

I think the pillows need updating for a more comfortable sleep.

We liked our room. It was spacious and clean. The microwave and coffee maker, with teas and coffees, were very handy. There was lots of space for luggage and hanging clothes. The shower was hot. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. Staff were helpful.

A taxi ordered for us by reception arrived late. It was rather old and dusty for a taxi in 2022. The driver drove with one hand on the wheel at times and the other holding a coffee cup. We were not offered a hand to load/unload our luggage
