Found it very clean on the outside as well as the inside

Just that I thought kids had to be out of the pool at 9 pm we went down to enjoy hot tub but we didn’t last long there was 10 Kids from soccer team that was there in the pool they were so loud it just echo through the whole pool area we had to leave we couldn’t even talk to each other it was like being in a loud night club we weren’t able to enjoy out hot tub I do understand kids are kids staff should check and make sure the kids are out for people to go and enjoy the pool area I did see 2 people walk out when they saw what was going on

Every thing was above my expectations. Breakfast was exceptionally great. Facility was clean and staff are absolutely amazing. One of the staff we met during breakfast was so nice and polite with a very cheerful facial expression. Gym and swimming pool area was great. This will certainly be my go to place when ever I visit Kamloops

It had just one elevator but for the size of the hotel that is okay, its just that I could smell cigarette's inside the elevator which of course is coming from guests who just finished smoking I suppose. There nothing the hotel can do about that

I liked the onsite breakfast, lots of options The swimming pool and jacuzzi Room size and fridge in room liked that there was a bath as well as shower coffee offerings in the reception area were welcome Fab sized television

the duvets on the bed are ridiculously thin for winter months and i had to use extra blanket but only one supplied per room but 2 beds. Air conditioning took ages to warm room up and under floor heating in bathroom didn't work

Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and very clean. The swimming pool and hot tub were a lovely addition. Also the inclusive breakfasts offered a very good hot/cold selection in a nice diner style environment that was spotlessly clean and staffed. Also complimentary coffee/tea in the main reception area.

Friendly helpful staff who provided additional items when requested, large lobby with free coffee machine, varied breakfasts with a large breakfast room, large room with amazing view. The hot tub in the pool was warm and clean.

The bigger pool was cold! But this appears to be the same in most hotels.

The room is big and clean. Most important is the bed is comfortable. The staff are very friendly and always similes. The staff who prepares the breakfast are very helpful. I had a wonderful vacation here. There are many big super-stores around the hotel. I took Ebus from here to Kelowna. Ebus station is near the Sahali Mall. Just a few minutes walk. Very convenient.

The location is great, the view was beautiful! The breakfast was delicious! Pool and hot tub were awesome as well.

The joining door to the other room. Could hear the other people in the other room clearly. Kept me awake til after midnight.

Breakfast noisy and messy - did not bother!

Very noisy v staff blamed you for booking a pet room. We paid way over the odds for this on your web site against the local rate. Will not make the same mistake again.

Big rooms, with lots of pillows. In floor bathroom heating. We loved the pool and hot tub. One of the better breakfasts we have had at hotels. Loved loved that we could bring the dog, and that dog friendly rooms were on first floor.

Overall very nice. Well built, nice mouldings. Nice bathroom counter. Excellent breakfast

Foam mattresses. For a 1 foot perimeter all around the bed... You fall off. So in fact you need a king size bed to be equal to a queen size for sleeping 2 people. Also too soft.
