The staff were friendly and for the price, the room was perfectly adequate with a comfy bed. We had a fridge and microwave and little table to eat at by the window. The motel was a good 2km from the town but we enjoyed walking in along the strip!

The location of our room (no. 6) was right next to the office so a bit noisy with staff talking on the phone and sorting matters out . The motel is on a fairly busy road.

loved the location near shopping, pubs and not too bad of a cab ride to the Okanagan beach area. the room was on the main floor which was great for me as I am disabled and was able to have my mobility scooter with me. it had a kitchen which was great to have and cut down on costs!! the staff was super friendly and even though we were having an issue with our bathroom management was working very hard to rectify the issue and offered to move us but we really liked that we had beds in separate rooms so the second night we were offered a new room strictly to use the washroom at no extra charge.

our toilet was not flushing and they couldn’t get it figured out. there were bugs (some sort of flies) that got in and gathered around the lights.

The staff were excellent, friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean and good value

The appliances such as the air conditioner and the fridge were not t the best, probably needing to be replaced. The bed was a little uncomfortable

The pool underwent extensive renovation and opened while I was there. Rooms also had received some refurbishing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking for vehicles was a little cramped. On site laundry facilities would be helpful but not imperative.

For location, it was quiet enough - especially when AC was on. The owners were friendly and helpful - the BBQ pits were in good order and tables nearby. Arrangement of the rooms worked well for us and the kitchenette all worked fine.

Having an end room was good but being under the stairway wasn't great.

There was no breakfast, that we knew about. The manager was extremely attentive and helpful. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, kitchenette was very useful. There is no ice machine, and the sign out front is soon to be upgraded. Excellent Indian food across the street.

The pool was nice and clean, we were close to both okanagan lake and Skaha lake, close to everything we needed. The people taking care of the property were very nice and very accommodating. we wanted to stay an extra night and we’re told that was not a problem and we could stay in the same room. we locked our key in the room and was given an extra key to keep which was helpful.

We have nothing to say that we didn’t like.

Parking sucked. Upstairs people parked right in front of our door and proceeded to watch our every movement when we came back to motel. Usually when you rent a room you park by your door, not in this case, people are ignorant.

The staff I dealt with were very friendly, the price was good, there was a pub and a bunch of stores within 2-5 mins walking from the motel, AC and fridge in my room worked well, the layout of the room was good.

Nothing stuck out as disappointing or even a minor hindrance.

The owner is exceptional. The flowers lovely and when the pool is open, this will be a wonderful place to stay!

The bathroom could have been cleaner but that is the only negative to an otherwise great stay.
