The location is j beatable with the beach right across the street. And its proximity to town is close enough without being in the middle of the traffic

The first room I was given was unbearable due to the smell of cigarette smoke. The furniture, the bedding, the drapes, even the “clean” towels all smelled like an ashtray. Due to the location of the unit, smokers congregate in front of the unit to smoke when the weather is inclement. The result is the smoke goes directly into the AC unit and into the actual suite. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff they came to see and noticed it too. They were apologetic and got me a different room

The gentleman at the front counter at check in was perfect, super happy and super smile. He was great to talk with and very informative. We got beach towels free to use on the beach with no pool available. Oh yes the plumber who came in to fix the toilet was super nice and very helpful.

First off no pool at this property at all, as some sort of city issue going on with all pools in all motel/hotels. Super disappointing for darn sure. The bed was super comfy, but way to high off the floor for me, about 4 inches closer to the floor would be nice.

Great location, this no frills motel is exactly what we needed for a weekend away! We stayed in a beach view suite that had a little kitchenette, it had everything we needed. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool as we visited in chilly April, but we'll be back to use it in the summer!

Great location! Close enough to comfortably walk to venue. (SOEC) and downtown. Beautiful beach walk right across the street. Wonderful view. Rooms were comfortable and had kitchenette. Coffee available in each room..

Rooms were definitely older and had some prior wear & tear. Rooms were mostly clean. ( pillow cases had hair on it when we arrived.)

The location amazing! Room was clean and spacious. Like the beach is right across from Shoreline. They ain't kidding when they say, "steps to the beach!" My daughter counted the steps from the hotel to the beach and it's 68 steps, amazing.

I LOVE everything about my stay. Daughter wasn't to happy about the WIFI signal. But really, we on holidays you don't need it.

A bit of a confusion with the booking the first 3 day of 6 day stay. It was solved and was offered a beautiful suite over looking the water. We loved it. Made our Anniversary celebration perfect. We even stayed an extra Day.

Perfect location -close to dining options- just steps away from the lake! Room was clean - 2 bathrooms and separate bedroom area. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. Quiet and restful stay.

Easy check in and check out, WiFi router provided for each room, kitchenette with stove and microwave oven, fridge. Had 2 Queen beds as described.

You'll need to climb stairs if assigned to rooms on 2nd floor, but I was ok with it. Bathtub was slippery though, one of us had a fall, though not serious injury.

This location on the beach strip is perfect! Midway between the anchor eateries, convention centre and downtown. Rooms further back are so quiet even when its packed on the strip. Very clean!!! Night staff are exemplary hosts, property always felt very safe and well kept.

The staff were amazing so friendly and professional! Location was awesome and good price too. They were very accommodating with any requests. Getting ice delivered was so fast.

We couldn't get the pullout couch to pull out. Also wish we were told at check in that once the office closes you can't buy ice
