The room was very clean, and we like the wood floors. There was a very good fridge with an actual freezer compartment. There was very good cooking equipment available, though we didn't use it. The staff was friendly and helpful; there is always someone available, and they seem to be very security conscious.

The bedding, though clean, could use an upgrade. There was only one key available for our room, which was a minor inconvenience. But these really were minor issues, and for an older motel it is very well maintained.

The room was convenient for travelling with pets as it was on the bottom floor. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable.

I found someone's leftover takeout container in the fridge. This is the the first time in all the times that I have stayed here that this has happened so it won't deter me from staying again. The staff adjusted my bill without me even requesting that they do so. I was just a bit concerned about how well the employee did their job and wanted the owners to know.

The room I was in was clean, organized, and complete with supplies (towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper 🧻) and the location is close to the restaurant and a couple minutes drive to shopping mall.

I check in on September 1, 2023 between 4:30 to 5 pm and the guy on the reception was very snarky and not nice. But when I checked out the next morning, different person was at the counter and he made all the difference he was nice and understanding and he adjusted my bill the previous guy overcharged me.

I wasn't expecting much: I've stayed in Prince George before in a very ordinary room and this was the cheapest accommodation I booked on my current BC/AB road trip. But, I had everything I needed: small fridge and freezer, microwave for my morning oatmeal, and decent coffee. The tv worked easily, the tap water was nice and hot, and I had (just!) enough floor space for my morning yoga. The bed was comfy (although a choice of pillow size would be nice: they were all very fat!) and the temperature was pleasant.

All in all, good value for the money.

The room was clean and looked to have just been updated. The bed was very comfortable. There was everything you could want to do some cooking in the room. It had an induction element, microwave, small fridge with separate freezer and everything you would need for cooking. It would be perfect for some one or a couple to stay for an extended stay and not have to cook out everyday or every meal.

The only complaint I have is that the pillow was very firm and thick.

I stay often. The staff is super helpful EVERY time I have been there. It is a motel, The bathroon is small but the water is hot. Its clean and comfortable. The mini kitchen area has always served me perfectly. There is plenty of parking and a good area to walk my pet in when I bring him. Its my go to stop when travelling through Prince George.

Any issue I have ever there has been quickly resolved. So I have no complaints.

The room was good and clean. Maybe lighting was a little low but acceptable.

The room was overall nice and clean but I think from years of being a smoking facility it still has a musty type of smell when you first walk into it. It is almost impossible to get that musty smell out of a room after all those years. I would imagine the room had been totally painted and extra work done to the flooring but do not know for sure.

Again, proof that accommodation does not have to be ultra-modern to provide a really good experience, starting with a very welcoming front desk and then a lovely roomy room with kitchenette and lovely filtered coffee! Very comfortable large bed! Good location and discount on meal next door!

It was nice and quiet. We were allowed to bring our 2 dogs along. It had a little kitchenette, we didn't use it but we'll know for our next trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and we had plenty of pillows.

It smelled a little cigarette smokey. We didn't have enough toilet paper. I mentioned it upon check out and the fellow apologised and said he'd get the cleaning staff on it. I thought he was very nice.

I’ve stayed here many times and always had a comfortable and peaceful stay, On this particular stay my room had an adjoining room and the renter had his tv quite loud until about 1 am. I could hear word for word the movie. I did have ear plugs which helped but the sound still seemed to travel quite clearly. So that specific room issue on this particular trip the stay was not as restful as I looked forward to since I had to be up at 5am to continue on my long drive. so I don’t recommend this particular room when it’s rented separately on both sides.
