The staff/owner was very efficient and helpful and fulfilled my (previously requested) special request without question. The room/bedding were clean. The pillows were good. The single cup keurig machine was great. It was a hot day and the air conditioner was turned on prior to our arrival so the room was comfortable. The room cost was more reasonable than others in the area. Great for a night or two. A solid 7.8 rating from us.

The furniture could use a refinish. We found the bed a bit hard. The towels were not very soft. None of these things were a big deal to us, though.

Clean comfortable room, the host (Lana & Greg) are wonderful, very accommodating and welcoming, made everything a breeze. Location is pretty good if you're hitting the slopes @ Revy, only a few minutes walk to shuttle stops to the ski resort. Not far from town centre either, 20 minutes walk.

Location was close to eating places. Room was comfortable and clean when we arrived.

We stayed for two days and there was nothing to indicate that the room would not be serviced on the second day. We used the coffee maker to boil water and the water had grounds in from previous use. Advice is to use the microwave for boiling water.

We were traveling as a family and used two rooms. Check in was excellent. The rooms were as expected and beds comfortable. Recommend for overnight stopover 100%! We left our ereader behind and the owner phoned us before we left town. Much appreciated

In one of the rooms, the handbasin was outside the bathroom, which seemed a but weird, but it worked.

Clean and comfortable. Freshly painted. Excellent beds, very comfortable. Fridge and microwave provided. Aircon ice cold. Flatscreen tv. Gentleman checking us in very friendly as was the lady who was also on reception. Quite location.

Only that it was a bit long of a walk into the centre of Revelstoke.

The room appeared to be newly painted. It was a bit small, but functional. Appreciated having a small fridge in the room.

Could not find a phone in the room, but there are plenty of easily accessible charging stations. No phone could be a problem for people who do not travel with one. And yes, there are such people.

No breaky but good coffee and tea. I put tv on a music channel that I enjoyed. I was given a segregated parking area for my motorcycle. I had requested a ground floor room so I could see my bike which was very much appreciated.

I was happy with what I was given which included a flat board so my kick stand could rest on it instead of new asphalt.

- the staff is very welcoming, I received some advice for my trip. - the room is simple but it was really clean. We had everything we needed.

- suggestion : add a microwave in the bedroom would be very useful (but for one night it wasn't necessary for us).

SO CLEAN!! The lodge was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Good hot water and comfortable bed. Very nice host.

We could hear people upstairs walking around early in the morning, but that's not a problem of the hotel.

One of few best motel ever stayed. Clean and tidy. That's what you want for a motel. The owner is also very nice and helpful. Owner's wife must have make a lot of effoet to make each room feeling like at home.
