Is was right beside the park and close to shopping and food options. A great place for a few quiet days. At breakfast there was a staff member cooking fresh scrambled eggs not those pre-made omelet things. I was on the top 4 floor and heard the birds in the morning. Nice

The shuttle bus was late and then he told me he couldn't get me to the south terminal and drove like a maniac. Also the name Vancouver Airport Hotel, wow they to find that on the net. It may however have changed hands recently so perhaps all the signs hadn't been replaced.

My first visit to Canada I just needed some where to crash for one night. The hotel is a little outdated, however 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and the breakfast is very adequate with plenty of choice for a continental with hot scrambled eggs. We used the hotel’s shuttle service which very convenient . Stayed one night to get ferry to the island next day. Bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Staff are helpful, cheerful & friendly .

All good. If you want 5 star then stay at a 5 star hotel . This hotel has everything I needed and more for the price .

Quiet, safe, great location in proximity to the airport and central to downtown Richmond. Also, family owned. And not to mention, the staff were very kind and helpful - accommodating me, after my very late arrival as a result of flight delays. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I have no negatives - just note that it is a high quality interior and exterior design and decor, just not brand new. And also, very well maintained!

I booked a room at this hotel together with a colleague to visit Vancouver during the weekend before our travel back to Europe. However, we were relocated to the Pacific Gateway hotel because the government took over all the hotel rooms at the original facility to accommodate Ukrainian refugees. Nevertheless, we did not have any issue as the other hotel was even closer to the airport and we were offered a taxi ride at our departure. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was really kind. Every morning we had a 10 $ coupon to choose among the different offers of food and drinks for breakfast.

Honestly I didn't have any relevant issue.

This was our second time at this hotel. I love the location and how close it is to great Richmond food and shopping options. The Richmond Public Market (which we love as a destination for our favourite food places in all of GVA) and the CF Richmond Mall are literally within walking distance. The covered parking is a huge plus. There was complimentary breakfast which we loved. The staff is just wonderful!

Nothing to report, really. I wish there was a traffic light towards the Alderbridge road, which gets pretty confusing as you are leaving the hotel. But that is a city problem, not the hotel's, I guess!

The reception way super friendly & helpful, breakfast staff fabulous, exceptionally clean premises, loved the green spaced off balcony, quick & inexpensive from airport. Hot breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. We will definitely make this our "go-to hotel" for future needs in Vancouver.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. We will choose this hotel again, we are looking forward to their new building. I hope you maintain your exemplary service that we experience from your staff. Great location.

Limited choices of breakfast items.

Our room was very comfortable and the king size bed appear to be larger than a regular king. Our room offer a small balcony. We stayed one night as we were heading back home and this hotel was a short seven minute drive to the airport which made it very convenient.There are also lots of restaurants in the area to choose from.

This particular hotel was slightly dated and the carpets was in the hallways could do with an update. To stay one maybe two nights there is great but this hotel does not offer a hot tub nor a pool. But as mentioned is great for the convenience to and from the airport

I was Impressed by the fastidious cleanliness of the room allotted,particularly in the bathroom and the soaps,fragrances,towels etc were first class. The choices for breakfast were many and of high quality.The staff were very helpful and pleasant.Tables were cleared promptly and cleaned

the decor throughout reception and corridors seemed a little dated but was still very well maintained.

We loved the price, as we only needed a last-minute overnight in Vancouver. We weren’t expecting much but our king-bed room overlooked trees in Minoru Park and was very quiet at night. The bed and linens were comfortable, wifi good. Bathroom and furnishings updated. The room had everything we needed. Secure parking. The staff were all professional and cheerful, despite the challenging times. The breakfast-in-a-bag was pretty bad: yoghurt, pre-packaged blueberry muffin, melba toast, sweet nutrabar, fruit cup…it sounds better than it was! Coffee and juice were available in the breakfast room and it was good, though it would have been nice to have milk cups (for tea) as well as creamer cups. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the Ramada.
