The second room was wonderful. Comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was amazing.

The first room had a drawer that wasn't emptied from a previous guest. The drawer had needles, tubing, rubber gloves, blister packs, of liquid, and more. I contacted the front desk, and we were immediately moved to another room. Mistakes happen, and the staff corrected the issue very promptly.

The hotel is located in a convenient location, the breakfasts were tasty and plentiful, the staff were friendly and helpful in all situations, the room was clean and comfortable, the beds were comfy and warm, and I was very impressed as this was my 2nd visit. I will be staying here more often!

Receptionist was helpful and attentive. Lobby was open and inviting. Automatic door,open and closes with no contact. Great selection of food for breakfast. Warm and delicious. Yummy coffee! I always love the modern furnitures and layout of Holiday Inn. Room was clean and well lit. They provided a good amount of closet storage with hangers. Beds were comfortable and pillows with either soft or firm. Modern electrical outlet,wireless and USB ports in most convenient location inside the room. Comfortable office chair and table. Strong wifi.   A kitchenette was handy for us with mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Carpet smells clean. Bathroom was spacious with ample counter space. Big mirror with back lights. I appreciate the toiletries refillable dispensers. Smelled amazing too! Fixtures were updated and clean.  Location was close to restaurants and shops, close to hwy exits and roads  Felt like a safe area.

Parking is a bit tight and limited. Room was not sound proof. We can hear noise from the ceiling and hallway. TV was outdated. Slow reception. Remote hard to use, may need a new battery. Bathroom curtain need changing. It smelled moldy.

Continental breakfast was very good. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and in great condition. Friendly staff provided good information for destination and food.

Signage on the road before the turn into the parking lot would be helpful.

Location was convenient and close to the main highway.

Other guests were very loud until late in the night. I let the front desk know, they said they would talk to them but not much was done . The other guests kept letting their door slam on the door stop until close to midnight.

The breakfast was yummy, the bed was comfy and rules of 10pm-8am were followed, other guests were friendly and excited, location was not far from Guildford Mall and restaurants. It was also very clean and tidy.

Nice size room. They gave us a complimentary upgrade which was nice. Breakfast was ok.

It was on the highway side of the hotel, so it was a bit noisy at times. More so for my husband who is sensitive to noise, especially when sleeping.

The breakfast was very good, delicious and lots of variety!

We would've appreciated knowing that the pool was closed before our arrival. Our daughter LOVES swimming! Even though we were offered a reimbursement of the cost to go to a different pool at another facility, we declined b/c we were only there for one night, and didn't want to be inconvenienced by going out again. I think a slight reduction for our one night stay would have been preferable.

the king suite had a weird layout. was extremely hard to watch tv if the couch was pulled out as a bed, or watching it from the king bed. and the pool was closed for renovations, which wasn’t great.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly, helpful and always working! Great location. The breakfast that's included had alot of options!
