The front desk was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. I was travelling with a child, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, housekeeping was outstanding. River views are gorgeous, we enjoyed sunsets while sipping our evening cup of tea on the room's balcony. Lots of lunch/dining options, casual and more sophisticated. Great area to take a walk and enjoy the river. Easy walk to SkyTrain.

The room was spacious and clean and with a great view! Location is close to shops and food as well as transportation.

There was a mistake made where the front desk charged a huge supposedly security deposit hold to the credit card when they already had one, and it was check out day. The issue was fixed and the hold eventually released but that was a pretty big mistake that shouldn't have happened. Other than that the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and spacious.

Nice location. Overlooking Fraser river and the city of New Westminster from room 903. Comfortable bed and pillows. Soft bath robes. Within walking distance from New Westminster Skytrain Station taking straight into downtown Vancouver or across the Fraser River and into the city of Surrey.

Additional charges for parking, plus tax. Would be nice if parking is included.

Clean, good furniture, supportive bed, pleasant staff.

Coffee packets plastic, with plastic trays, for each cup. Such a waste. Only one cup of coffee each per day. Suggest allowing two or more cups per person each would be in line with what the hotel is charging. Prefer not to have coffee maker in the bathroom. That's ugh.

Location Rooms were lovely

One older staff member at the desk made life pretty difficult at check in. Wanted to decorate early for a bridal event and even though the room was ready she was super difficult telling us “ I really don’t care”. The rest of the staff was lovely. This kind of attitude really sets a tone.

The staff was friendly, accommodating, listened to us when we had questions. You enter the hotel and they are smiling and greeting you. They really personalized everything. Location is beautiful and parking was convenient. The view from the room was gorgeous. Having the Market so close made everything easier.

Evening meals in the restaurant were excellent. Servers were cheerful. Corner view of Quay was delightful. Room was clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff were pleasant. Proximity to daily destination of Royal Columbia Hospital to be with family member was perfect.

I think that daily parking should be included in the cost of room.

Was in Canada for a death in the family, so was not able to focus much on the amenities. I would certainly stay there again, hopefully under much better circumstances.

The stay was good, so I'd have to say nothing. All was good.

I especially enjoy the view from the room and balcony, and the overall relaxed atmosphere at the hotel. The parking is covered and accessible to the hotel and promenade. There are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, and the Boathouse onsite is a great option too. I was happy to to be able to utilize the hot tub once again. The complimentary coffee and to go cup in the room is also appreciated.

The addition of brighter lighting in the underground parking is needed. The stir stick or preferred compostable item of such to stir my coffee with in the morning in the room was missing. There were numerous small children running around the exercise room/hot tub area. They were very rough on the equipment. (Adults only)? It's not set up for children. I also used the outside deck but was locked outside as the door locked immediately behind me. Luckily there was a side back door around the other way that was unlocked. This shouldn't be a worry if a guest is allowed and able to access the beautiful patio deck to enjoy.

Clean room, nice staff, great location

The rate was outrageous. We didn't have a choice to book at that hotel, as we were vacating our nearby condo before relocating overseas, but $379 a night is silly. Used to be good value, but not anymore. Wish the rate was more inline with other properties in New Westminster and Burnaby.
