The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and funny, the rooms were clean and the decor was modern. Big fluffy towels and the bed was super comfortable. The indoor pool was perfect, we had a blast swimming and it wasn’t busy at all. The breakfast bar was a delicious selection of fresh waffles, pancakes, muffins, bagels, eggs, sausage and fixings for wraps, cereal, coffee, juice and tea. I will definitely be coming back for another overnight staycation!

The sound travels very easily. We could hear talking in the hallway quiet often through the day, and someone was running laps on the floor above us for a decent hour or so at 8pm. The shower head hose is damaged and being held together by what looks like electrical tape. The problem is that this makes it almost impossible to get it to stay in any of the holders. At one point during my shower, it fell down and started do using the bathroom floor with water until I got a hold of it.

Staff are nice! Room was clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub except they ran out of clean towels in the pool so i had to go back to our room to get the towels from there. Breakfast was awesome! The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The price was good. The most important is it is dog friendly. We had a nice stay with our dog. Thank you.

Some parts of the room are a bit outdated, like the washroom, armchairs, carpets. But there are newly renovated parts too, like the oven and the counters. And they are kept clean, so it's still decent.

The room was clean and quiet, we all had a great sleep. We were in town for a soccer tournament so this location wasn't particularly close to where we needed to be but all hotels were full so it was a good choice for us. They provided a brown bag breakfast (muffin, apple, juice box etc) which was nice to have.

The pool was under renovation so it was closed. They were courteous and phoned us well in advance to tell us and to offer cancellation if we needed it. Having a pool was a perk that we wanted for our child but there was no other options so we didn't cancel.

Don't take a room across the hall from the ice maker - I heard it all night every time new ice dropped. There was no power outlet anywhere near the desk, but they came up with a great solution when I asked. The next door restaurant seems permanently closed and I didn't see anything interesting close by.

Needed a quick stop for our family and it was perfect. Super comfortable and the breakfast was top-knotch with make your own waffles plus so much more. The beds and room were actually surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom is small and nothing special but hey for a quick night over it was just what we needed.

Uncertainty as to price. The booking app told us the room would be 179 dollars. When we got the bill it was 284.20. Looking at the pending on the credit card, the bill is now 385.00 ! Discrepancy that is very worrisome.

Comfy room and cleaned daily, very quiet place. It's located beside a busy highway but you cannot hear any of the noise from traffic. Dark drapes make for really good sleeps. Pool and hot tube are open late.
