Location was very convenient for us, it was a bachelorette party that took place in Osborne and the exchange. The key card needed for the front door at night is a good security feature. The pool hours are good too.

There was only 1 person working the desk for check in so it took at least 30 minutes of waiting to check in, which impacted our day’s schedule. We could also not find any information about breakfast so none of us were able to eat it even though I specifically chose the reservation for the breakfast. And the pull out bed had no blankets even though the rooms were booked for 4 adults. Also the parking situation is a little chaotic.

The hotel was very secure for the area! I loved that they had a full size snack selection right by the front desk so you didn’t even have to leave if you weren’t comfortable later in the evening.

Unfortunately for such a beautiful hotel it is in a pretty crappy area now. Good hotel for an adult night away but wouldn’t be a great place for a stay with kidddos

The breakfast was good. It is not a continental breakfast but the omelett is perfect. The people are very kind. If you want something, you Can Ask. The hôtel is very near of everything. A good place to stay. And if you have a chance, you Can see of your room the palace legislative of Manitoba.

The light in the room is not enough

nice sheets, Winnipeg Music Festival shuttle bus was right across the street.

I stayed two nights. One night before the festival and one night after the festival. The check in staff were lovely. The tub in my room 1013, had nasty looking, stained cracks around the drain. I did not say anything, but was surprised to see that in an otherwise very nice room.

It was very close the University! Walking distance to excellent food choices. One block from Tim Hortons. Ten dollar cab ride to the Forks!

The shower curtain smelled funky.

I like this hotel because of the location, my stay there was relaxing and quiet and the staff was very nice and friendly!!

Only thing that I didn't like was that it took a while for the hot water to kick in when ii was having a shower, on a couple nights it took a very long time for the water to get hot, I'm not to sure why, but I never made a complaint cuz over all my stay was fantastic!

Front desk was nice

no nearby good restaurants and restaurant in hotel was terrible. too many strange homeless people walking around down the street after 5:30 pm.

Comfortable bed. Clean room.

I felt that my car was not safe overnight because the parking was outside in a dirt parking lot that didn't seem like it was a parking lot

Location is excellent with view down Memorial Blvd to Legislature.

Parking is a nuisance - a multi-level structure too far to carry baggage from, and tmporary parking by tghe hotel door is not spacious. But hardly anything to do about this.

We stayed for a nearby convention and we were worried about walking back at night because it can be a dangerous area. They offered us a taxi voucher for our return which was very thoughtful and appreciated!
