Traditional style motel property. Lovely gardens in front. Room was impeccably clean and had very clearly been very recently renovated. New door, new window, new blinds, fresh paint, lovely hand painted artwork on the wall. Bathroom was immaculate, grout and caulking was blinding white and fresh. Bed was so extremely comfortable, we almost napped through our dinner reservation. Location is conveniently very close to the TransCanada Highway, but is still very quiet - we slept with the window open and marvelled at how peaceful it was. Best thing about the location - The Great Trail (TransCanada Trail) is right across the road!

Very small complaint - plugs are very hard to access in the room, so difficult to charge devices.

Our room had a reserved parking spot right outside our door with our corresponding room number. Great location not far from highway, Tim Hortons and other places of interest; quiet. Nicely furnished/decorated, clean, everything we needed. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

One of the reasons we booked at this location was that it advertised restaurant; thought it would be great to have supper where we stayed after a long day of driving. Browsed the menu when checking in and were disappointed that the prices were $$$. Went somewhere else to eat.

Beautifully kept and attended to. We stayed in the Maple room with King bed and spa tub. Never used tub before but after 6 hours in the car it was lovely. The pavilion on the grounds is a really nice touch. While there others, in the know, brought some steak and seafood and grilled on the provided bbq. The decor shows such attention to detail, really nice. The bed was sumptuous and as we were really tired was the best sleep. All provided amenities, coffee pot, fridge, tv, tub, ac and lights worked. Immaculately clean. Definitely recommend.

Nothing not to like.

The location was very convenient for a long road trip, being just off the TransCanada, but far enough away so as not to hear the road noise. The staff was very friendly and efficient at check-in. It was also convenient to be able to park our car right in front of our room. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished including a fridge, microwave and coffee-maker. It was quiet for a peaceful night's sleep before hitting the road again. We would definitely stay again.

Was able to upgrade to one of their little cottages upon arrival! Have stayed here several times alreadyb and have always stayed in a cottage! Fully equipped and totally private! Excellent option! The owner is super freindly and helpful! They are always upgrading their property as they recenctly added a laundry room as an example! Near the botanical gardens and about a 7 minute drive to Grey Rocks casino! Downtown is only 3 minutes further!

There is nothing there to dislike! Improvements are continuous and obvious!

Location was very convenient, close to highway, mins away from Tim Hortons. And everything else in town. The steakhouse at the hotel was amazing, staff and food.

When I booked , I was supposed to get a spa tub, but when I got there, the guy at the front desk said they didn't have any. I was very disappointed as it was my birthday and I had been traveling for a week and very tired and sore muscles. However the manager quickly accommodated us with a room with a spa tub. Was excellent.

Fantastic location near the main highway. Room was very nicely decorated and had a lot of unique character. The on site restaurant was fantastic. The salmon I had was as good as I’ve had anywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a couple of very high value racing bikes with us and the owner personally helped us lock them up inside his garage so we didn’t have to worry about theft (not that it appeared this would be a big issue in the location but there you go). The waitress we had was also excellent and super personable. She had a couple of menu recommendations that we really enjoyed. We enjoyed the stay so much that we modified our plans for returning from vacation to stay there again. Also allowed us to enjoy the other food items we’d wanted to try.

There was some confusion about the a/c in our room. The system was new and nobody knew exactly how to work it. However, the owner solved the problem by calling the company and after a brief delay the system was up and running. Not a major point in my mind and rectified in a timely fashion.

We stayed here one night on our way from the bay of Fundy to Quebec City. As such it was great for a stopover: very clean comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed. Check in was straightforward and there were some eating options close by.

The air conditioning was quite noisy and the lighting in the room was quite dim. We had hoped to eat in the restaurant on site, but found the menu quite expensive.

We were not there long (we slept and left). What I did want to say is the person at check in stayed up for us as we were late arriving. Late check in was 10 pm if I'm not mistaken. We phoned ahead and explained we were running late and she said she would wait. We arrived at 11:30 pm and she was very gracious and understanding. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend and as gar as I know he stayed there too.

Nothing!!

Auberge MicKy was exceptional - we were travelling with 3 dogs and they made us feel completely welcome. We upgraded to a chalet and it was clean, quiet and absolutely perfect. The dogs had room to walk and relax and there wasn't much noise so they settled quickly. The restaurant onsite was excellent. We placed a take-out order and enjoyed it all in our chalet.

This had absolutely nothing to do with Auberge MicKy - while we were out walking our dogs both last night and this morning, we found "poop" from other dogs that hadn't been cleaned up. Last night I picked it up and threw it out with my dogs' but this morning it was too gross and I couldn't do it. People who travel with pets need to respect the property and clean up after themselves. Auberge MicKy was excellent but a fellow guest was not.
