the king suite with a sofa bed ,was very comfortable ,,actual was not a sofa bed but a murphy bed.(built-in bed) which the bed was very confortable also had a sofa , which made the leaving room comfortable and spacious; I liked the toilet separated from the shower , the room with a king bed very comfy as well , kitchenette included with mini fridge ,microwave and kitchenware

what I didn't like was they refused to print out the invoice ,the excuse they gave me was because I made the reservation on line ,,,, all my reservation are made on line and I always have my invoice printed .. I check out on a Sunday, I guess the receptionist didn't want to do the job

ㅇ It was good to use with family. ㅇ I liked the bed because it was soft, but other family members said it was uncomfortable because it was soft ^^ ㅇ It was convenient to have a coffee machine and microwave in the accommodation. ㅇ Clean breakfast: various types of bread, eggs, ham/sausages, homemade waffles, cornflakes, fruit juice, milk, coffee, etc. ㅇ There was a swimming pool and playroom at the accommodation, but I couldn't use it due to late arrival and early check-out. Looking around the pool, I thought that it was small but neat, so there was no shortage of families to play. I couldn't find the location of the playroom, so I couldn't look around. I'm sorry I don't have pictures.

The location was not in town, but it was a good location to stay overnight while passing the highway. It's just that I'm personally uncomfortable because I have work in town, in reality

We stay at this hotel every time we travel to and from the east coast. Beautiful and clean. No carpet! We like the separate toilet from the shower, it's great when travelling with family. The beds are comfortable. Location is right off the highway next to a gas station, Tim Hortons, etc which is convenient. The staff were quite pleasant. And the restaurant next door in the casino has good food and reasonably priced.

The bathroom lock was broken and pieces fell from the door when we first used it. Wish breakfast was served earlier at 6am.

The property is new. Very clean and has a lots of shelves. Very contemporary design. Like the layout that toilet is separated from shower and sink. We stayed here one night when we travelled between PEI and Ontario. So the location was perfect for us. If you get a room facing the back of the hotel I. the fall, you will enjoy the great view of fall Colors. Check-in and check-out is very fast and staff are friendly.

The quality of the shower is not great. Some part of the shower head was broken. The towels could be in better quality. Breakfasts were below par.

We booked a King suite with sofa bed. The room was large with separate bedroom and sitting room. The kitchen area was well-equipped with plates and cutlery and also had a larger than usual fridge. The sofa bed had a full thickness mattress and was, therefore, more comfortable than normal. The bedroom had an inset electric fire. All of the fixtures and fittings were ultra clean and very modern. There were total blackout blinds on both windows. We had Room 401 on the top floor - excellent views of Edmundston and the surrounding area.

Clean, bright, spacious! Staff were super friendly. I struggle with french despite my efforts, I'm just not good with languages, the staff all spoke English to us. Pool was clean and perfect temp. Rooms were perfect! Shower area seperate from toilet area and shower room had heated floors! Beds and pillows very comfy, lighting options perfect, built in usb charging ports made charging our tech super easy! TVs were great quality and the ability to sign into your own YouTube account was a very pleasant feature!!

Not much I didn't like!

It was in a great location as we were driving from Newfoundland to Ontario. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She even took the time to have a chat with our four year old. The rooms were very clean. I'm pretty sure the floor was heated in the bathroom! And the shower and the toilet are in separate rooms which is great for families. The beds were comfortable. There was a bar downstairs where I went and got myself and my husband a drink and took to our rooms. There is a casino attached although we didn't go there because we had the kids. We did go to the restaurant above the casino and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We also went to the pool which was nice and clean and the kids really enjoyed it and allowed them to sleep well! There was also a small area in the lobby to buy snacks. Loved this hotel and we will definitely be stopping here on our next trip down East. Highly recommend!

The lock on the bathroom door was broken. And we couldn't figure out how to turn up the heat.

This hotel far exceeded the price I paid for it. My husband and I were really impressed with everything about the hotel. Our room was so comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was really good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. This is a new hotel and so many thoughtful ideas were implemented. The separate toilet from the bathroom/shower room is an example of this. It was just off the Tans Canada so perfect for people travelling through to the Maritimes or other areas of New Brunswick or vice versa.

Clean and organized. Well kept. Separate shower from toilet The breakfast was great. Friendly, courteous staff.

AC was very loud. The fridge did not work very well. Couldn’t tell if it was running at times. Checked dial to make sure it was on and set to a cool temp. A little on the pricey side of things.

There was a nice pool & hot tub, rooms were clean,

I thought when I ordered two rooms that the second room would come with two beds instead of one bed & one fold out couch. Thought it was a little weird that that the bathroom was separated, shower in one room & toilet across the hall.
