The hotel room was comfortable. The children had an excellent time in the pool and breakfast had enough choices that everyone left feeling full. There was even options for myself and being celiac there typically is nothing.

The only complaint that I would have is chip crumbs left of the floor from a previous guest. Which left me wondering did they vacuum beforehand or was it just a quick swipe. Other then that the place was wonderful

Breakfast was good but two nights there was a lot of noise coming from a nearby room - like a family fighting! It was 11 p.m. and was not appreciate as my granddaughter and I were exhausted because of loved one in Moncton Hospital!

Be sure there is no noise at all after 10 p.m. - you have a huge hospital and we are not the only family from PEI coming here with a seiously ill relative so please be sure noise level is way down - completely gone from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Maybe have a staff member walk through the halls around 9:45 p.m.!

The breakfast was good...good selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Staff were professional, pleasant and courteous and very helpful.

While, I understand that there really isn't any way to predict how many there would be for breakfast on any given day, I do not think that one should run out of items, for example, yogurt!

Didn't find the front desk staff friendly My booking was for a family of 4 and we had 2 towels in the bathroom No bottles of water in the room Used the lobby bathroom no soap in the dispenser and there was a bar of soap to wash your hands...

Breakfasts were great! Suited our needs very well. The staff working ‘breakfast’ were phenomenal! Friendliness -10. Accommodating -10. Fun - 10. All the time tending to the food and all patrons at all times. Other hotel staff were also friendly and accommodating but never spent as much time with them as we did the ‘breakfast girls’.

Room was good, breakfast was good. Location was good next to the mall. Hotel rates are so expensive these days, paying over $200 a night with taxes and all..It’s a $140 a night hotel room that turned into $200+ with inflation…

Everything was good. Can’t complain

The breakfast was great, the coffee was really good. The staff was very helpful. The location worked well for where we needed to be . The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. Our room had a good size fridge and lots of cupboards which worked well as we were there for a week

It was hard to regulate the temp in the room we found it either got too cold or too warm.

I like that at the lobby the check in and out was very fast, the girls were friendly and explain all you need to know about the breakfast, parking, internet pass.

The shampoo bottle was half empty (was used), the tissue box was empty (one single tissue in), the sign for "do not disturb" was missing and some loud people on the hallway late on the night.

Complimentary breakfast was nice, the temperature of our room was so nice!! Loved the fact that the air conditioning was already on when we got there! Both my spouse and I also really loved the shower the water pressure was great!!

Cleanliness could have been a little bit better. At the back entrance was a garbage can that was overflowed from the time that we got there to the time that we left two days later. Staff was also very to the point and weren’t the friendliest. I’ve stayed at hotels before where the staff have been incredible and so friendly. When it was time to check out there was three staff members standing behind that counter talking about personal things and whenever I did get to check out they were very quick and went right back to their conversation before I was even out the door.

Pool had to much chlorine I just was watching my daughter and my eyes were burning also my daughter skin was burning . Did not like how they took extra money out of my account and did not ask or tell me, as I paid on booking
