The rooms and facilities were fine. Carpet may need to be shampooed. The only thing bad was the charging stations that you have there. They did not work I even contacted the people stayed there for a whole week and they were still down as an EV Advocator you should pull all those chargers out of all your places to get more reliable ones, my suggestion, you should contact Tesla Tesla for destination charges. That’s why I gave the nine out of 10.

convenient location, lovely little property, clean and well maintained. employees were amazing from the front desk to the lovely ladies cleaning the rooms. breakfast was wonderful (and I like that Frosted Flakes were available for my picky eater) A great little place to meet family from Maine and celebrate a Kingswood University graduation! I love that the front desk staff were so kind to my brother, as he made many trips to the desk just to chat (and replace lost key cards 😂)

Very quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Staff was very accommodating when we asked for a quiet room. Breakfast was decent. Well-equipped exercise room with weights was a bonus. Fairly convenient to Fundy Parkway (about 40-50 minute drive). Grocery shopping (Sobey's) across the street. Highly recommend this hotel!

Super friendly staff. Very convenient check-in at late hours. We really liked the flair of Europe/Amsterdam that was brought into the hotel. Very spacious rooms and great breakfast selection. Recommended to explore NB area along the Fundy Bay from here.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great - large, clean, quiet - just as we had asked. Good location - close to amenities and in town, making our trip to the Balloon Fiesta more convenient and enjoyable.

Very minor observation - a 'dish cloth' or paper towel roll, to wipe up spills at the small sink/microwave would have been helpful.

The location was great. The property was near anything you needed but set back a bit so was quiet. Clean and comfortable. Windows that opened! They missed nothing!

I have no complaints or suggestions. It was a great stay.

The hotel is clean and pleasant. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the washroom was stocked with 3 sets of towels. Our room was on the second floor, accessed by stairs (no elevators). Since we drive a plug-in hybrid vehicle, we were happy to find a J1772 outlet to charge our vehicle during our stay. However, as EV becomes more popular, having only one charger will become an issue for guests.

This is not a negative comment on the hotel: New Brunswick Covid-19 rules at the time of our visit in Sept. 2021 (Stage – Green) meant that masks were not required indoors and we saw all other guests without masks. The staff we saw at check-in and in the breakfast area were wearing masks. However, the breakfast area had no staff person serving from the buffet, so everyone was mingling and coming in contact with all of the utensils and items. We felt so uncomfortable, we took our trays of food upstairs and ate in our room.

The location was fine.

The clerk serving breakfast was also looking after the front desk, however no one was at either location and a few people were waiting so I went to the desk and found her in behind at the office chatting. She should have been readily available and visible at that breakfast time of the morning.

Good breakfast, eggs& sausage if you wish and different breads. Small eating area but altho crowded was fine. I would stay again. Charming town, we drove around after dinner at Smitty's.

Clean, nice size room on nicely groomed grounds near end of town. Very pleasant staff and good location for break in touring Bay of Fundy NB coast.
