Location was great as my course was held at the KV Fire Hall. It would not have been as great if I didn't have a vehicle. I would have preferred a room on the other side of the hall so I wouldn't hear the traffic, but it really wasn't bad. The breakfast was really great, but the set up was a bit odd. I had to search around to find the glasses to get a drink of juice.

There were no tissues in the room at all. I was surprised that the shower curtain wasn't one of those curved out ones. TV selection wasn't great.

Very modern, no carpets in room. Very clean. Easy to park in front of ground floor rooms. The medium-sized bar fridge was handy for storing items for multiple nights. Bed was very comfortable. Room was a good size. Convenient location off the highway in Quispamsis near gas and grocery, roughly 20 minutes from downtown Saint John.

Wish this chain didn't charge pet fees. Couch in room smelled like a combination of wet dog and extra Febreze.

Excellent staff here! Large rooms and ground floor access has electronic keycard access to your room from exterior doors, plus hallway doors! This make loading and unloading very convenient! Located outside of St. John NB, this location was close to grocery, gas and Tim Hortons. Plus it’s quiet as there is a residential neighbourhood behind it, where my dog and I encountered deer on our morning walk!

Unfortunately, the electronic lock on my external door wasn’t working and not thinking, I bolted the privacy lock on my hallway door! This meant I was locked out of my room! The manager had to saw off the privacy lock to regain access to my room! Again, thx to the staff!

The beds were comfy and we slept well for the most part. Breakfast was included so that was nice and we were only a 3 minute drive from the venue where our conference was taking place.

The second morning at breakfast the eggs were over cooked and dried out. There was garbage (a bar wrapper) in one of the drawers. And the people above us were walking/running with heavy feet until midnight our second night but that isn't something the hotel can help much.

The staff was very helpful, they kept the breakfast bar full , even with a hockey team there! The cleaning staff all greeted with a " good morning " Bathroom was very clean.

The pool was a little chilly, but the kids enjoyed it. You could here the traffic all night, but it is beside the highway. We had a suite, which had a separate room, and the remote for TV wad dead, but we just used the other one.

It was fairly quiet with the windows closed, being right off the highway. Very comfortable, great sleep! No noisy neighbours. AC wasn’t too loud. Laundry service was appreciated! An RCMPs dog left behind their chew toy on the bottom floor lawn.

A bit humid in the room but may be because I turned the ac down.

Property was good and clean

Everything was good on property. But we’re informed by motel staff that we could have the motel for 159$ instead of 213$ if we would had call them directly. Will for sure do that next time instead of booking on line through booking . Com. This is a lot cheaper.

Really, everything was great. Friendly fast check in, clean, cool and comfy room. Drinkable in-room coffee (nice surprise, we've had some pretty awful brews at other places). Nice to have an included hot breakfast - but to be honest the eggs/sausagebacon/spuds were only lukewarm, and I mucked up my waffle because I am old and the instructions were too small for me to read. No complaints.

Well, I threw that in above.

Our room consisted of 2 rooms, which is very convenient for a family of 4 people. The room was on the ground floor with a separate exit to the street, which is very convenient for travelers with a dog. Good breakfast, polite staff. I want to mention separately the excellent room cleaning. The pool is a welcome addition to the accommodation.

the second room smelled a little damp

Wonderful staff everyone very pleasant very comfortable and beautiful room. Absolutely no complaints about the hotel itself. A wonderful free breakfast in the morning. We would stay here again and we invite others to do the same.

Very loud walking back and forth above the ceiling both evening and early morning. No idea who would be walking back and forth over and over again. Hoping it wasn't the room cleaners.
