Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff.

Went downstairs for dinner. Restaurant was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Ordered drinks and dinner right away. Received first drinks after a short wait. Still hadn't received meals so ordered second drinks. Finished second drinks and nobody came to our table again. Over two hours after placing our food order we still had not received our food and there was no eta so we spoke to the hostess and cancelled our order. Lots of staff out front so must have been short staffed in the kitchen. Staff was friendly but obviously overwhelmed.

We stayed at Port Hawkesbury on our way to the National Park. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. It was also good we could park the car outside and had direct access to the car park.

Restaurant menu limited. Would like to see buffet offered as on restricted diet

Everything! Ideal overnight stay on our Road Trip. Spotless room and bathroom, and very friendly, helpful Reception staff Samantha and Jeremy. Great on-site restaurant Millers had a fun vibe for all ages, a delicious dinner and lovely waitress. Our bed and pillows were so comfy, we overslept! Thanks very much. :-)

Could have concentrated on some Spring cleaning .There we’re several cobwebs on the ceilings in the sleeping area and the bathroom 😏 Also , there were several cigarette butts and ashes ,just as you walk in the door and in the threshold .I would be mindful of that before the next quests .👍

Nice updated room, good sized t.v, good parking area, easy to navigate through the facility, nice eco lights in the hallways.

we weren’t greeted with much happiness, attitude was poor. almost like “ugh, another biker.” we road in extreme heat that day and was exhausted. Someone who was friendly would have really lifted our mood. There was no dirty laundry bag (a plastic bag basically). found the bathroom setup very tight, toilet very close to the tub and no good spot to put the toilet paper stand.

From the staff to the comfort of the room. It was a wonderful stay. If I needed anything the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Our bed and room was a comfortable size clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was surprised when I left a tip for housekeeping and they didn't even take it. I didn't put it in the envelope provided and they kindly left it. Honest and very helpful.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Breakfast was unfortunately mot included a definite negative considering the price and the fact that there was a restaurant on site

Ideal location in Port H. Cool restaurant and pub attached. Lower level rooms are very convenient as you can park right in front of your door. Clean. Comfortable. Cold refrigerator.

The gym needs to be updated. The equipment doesn't really work that well.

It was a nice location, a little noisy with the traffic. Comfortable bed. Plenty of plugs and USB ports. Nice to be able to park outside your room and have a door on the other end to get inside the hotel. Nice hot shower.

The shower curtain didn’t stay closed, so water got all over the floor. Traffic noise was pretty loud.

Modern rather characterless hotel but that was what I was expecting. Clean with comfortable bed and standard bathroom Restaurant on site serving evening meals with good choice and a complementary breakfast

Location on a main road amongst shopping malls, fast food outlets and parking lots. Very Noisy restaurant for dinner .
