We stayed for one night before flying home, rather than at a hotel near the airport. The room was clean and very roomy, with a large comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rather than going out to eat, we ordered a sandwich from the general store downstairs, it was excellent. We also had coffee and breakfast there the next morning, much better priced and tastier than airport food. I would definitely stay here again.

The window air conditioner needs to be cleaned, they collect alot of dust. However, this is not unusual, they seem to be ignored in every type of accommodation we stay in.

True country charm to the nines! Immaculate room with a lovely separate sitting area. Nostalgic, heritage and an amazing sleep. Close to many outdoor activities. EBikes are a must! What a thrill to be able to conquer the trails again as our knees and backs finally fail us from completing those traditional walks. Caledon Railway Trail within minutes of the Suites. Historical sites, Heritage Farm tours, country food options and antiquing all under 15 minutes away by car. A true outdoors lover's dream location. And, we reached south Mississauga within 30 minutes. Direct routes into all nearby cities.

This was not a dislike for us, but worth mentioning to set the proper expectation. It is a heritage home. Soundproofing was not considered back in the day. When in the sitting room, you can hear anyone in the room next door. We opted to shut the sitting room door at bedtime, and heard no further chatter at all.

Large room, with a sitting room and big bathroom in a historic 1887 building that still hosts a General Store. Enjoyed both breakfast and lunch sandwiches prepared by very friendly staff that made time for conversation and to provide history of the area! And a very relaxing backyard has a river flowing through it!

Not a negative for me, because quiet was what I was looking for, but there’s not much else in town.

Lots of space and a quiet location out in the countryside. This would be a great place for a weekend getaway for anyone in the Toronto area. We only had one night and then had to continue our road trip, but we would stay here again if we were passing through again. We stumbled on Fiona's Cuisine for dinner which was excellent.

The only thing that was tricky was the parking since the General Store gets a lot of customers.

I loved the cozy clean comfortable room.. The mattress was very comfortable..had a good nights sleep ..And the room had blue accessories my favorite color ..I enjoyed sitting out back by the river until the bugs started bugging me ...lol... I would stay there again n will certainly refer to my friends n family

Need to fix the window ..so it's easier to open...was difficult for me..took me several attempts to finally get opened

We loved the historic features of the property. The location, in the middle of town, was excellent, and the Credit River runs at the bottom of the lovely lawn. We also appreciated the large deck that overlooks the river. The room was nicely decorated and very private. Access was extremely easy. The general store below came in very handy.

The bed was comfortable and large, but very high and a little too soft. Pillows were also very soft, and there were too many cushions--we had to remove them all to a chair to get into bed. Also, the underskirt was torn on my side, which presented a tripping risk. Everything else fine.

it was perfect for a two day getaway

It was a large suite with a huge bed and nicely appointed. The keyless entry system was fantastic. Never saw anyone which was nice. Heard the wee one in the morning -cute. It was a lovely suite. It is a quaint village and the General Store is quaint too.

You are in the middle of nowhere. Make sure you eat before you get there as there is nothing local other than a short drive to the Esso station that has a store LCBO and the Red Onion restaurant. (Not recommended)

A nicely appointed suite, in a nice part of Ontario. Really appreciated the sky-light in the washroom. A walk-in closet gave lots of hanging space. The general store on the ground floor was a bonus, with sandwiches and more.

Most of the storage space was taken up with bedding, either in the side-board, or in the closet.

Thr Suite was spacious and nicely furniushed. The general store below was delightful and we used the garden and the back deck. It would have been helpful to have directions how to operate the TV - we never were able to get it working. It would have been nice to have a small shampoo.conditioner, some kleenex.and sugar/sweetner for coffee.
