The breakfast was below expectations. Tables were dirty and girl just stood around. She chased an elderly couple and made the woman come back and clear the table. The man was mad. She told all present, it wasn't her job to clear the dishes. The girl working the kitchen seemed very busy.

I love hotels like this one with bath outfitter style tubs where you don't have to face old tiles with mould grout! Also I could see my car from my 2nd floor room. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean.

The toilet was cracked in the back and it and the sink had slight plumbing an issue our first night but it was fixed upon request. The breakfast would have been great if there was just one hot offering for food...there was only cold boiled eggs and everything else dry foods and fruits. I was looking forward to a swim but there is no pool there. There was only one elevator which made the wait longer than tolerable.

Excellent customer service for 3 stars Inn is better service then What I get in Double Tree by Hilton. I arrived earlier and they were very kind and let me get to my room. Breakfast is included very nice. Wifi works amazing not like other places were you have reconnect every couple minutes. I get surprised by customer service because in Canada mostly the customer service is not really good. I am traveling around some time because of my work and this place deserves more points for sure. The most comfortable bed and very clean room! But still I can’t get over with professional customer service empathy not just employees who came to work their ours but actually doing their best 10 out of 10 !

Friendly and helpful check in and bar staff. We have stayed twice now and both times Karen in the bar has been more than helpful and welcoming giving us ideas of things to do and see. We will miss Karen!! Rooms are clean and a good size. Easy to get to Toronto center and the airport from hotel. Would recommend to any friends / family traveling to the area.

The breakfast staff are always moody and hate helping. The options aren't massive and lighting in the room isn't great.

when we booked the price you quoted was $667. I think when we checked out our bill was $773 US$ I felt we were ripped off. we are Seniors and on a limited income, please explain to your customers that the price you quote add about $200. more I will never recommend this hotel to Family and friends. your prices are not Guaranteed when you arrive at the hotel. Thank you

The Hotel was very nice. The Bathroom toilet needs to be replaced the toilet needs to be replaced immediately it’s so small it perfect for small children. I feel sorry for someone who is tall they will have a challenge trying to sit down. I will not recommend this hotel. 3 nights $773 unacceptable it’s false advertising. Check-in/out was quick, friendly staff Covid sanitation procedures in place Brought us extra towels quickly when asked and honored DND sign. Free breakfast was decent if you go early enough Parking lot/building seemed secure Noise level was minimal

Elevator smelled like farts Stains on pillowcases Shower was a bit tight and the type of curtain used clings to the body really bad; would have loved a soap dish and hand towel bar Sink drained slowly Yogurt at breakfast was a week expired

Everything about the property was absolutely amazing, Clean, well kept, offered everything I need. The front Desk was so helpful, when I thought my Jacuzzi was not working they had it working for me within 10 minutes the night staff front desk is absolutely amazing. Two thumbs way up Monte Carlo Inn Airport Suites, thank you and I will most definitely be returning.

Staff were great, accommodating and super helpful. Breakfast was still COVID friendly, items individually wrapped and could be taken to go, which was nice since we were travelling as a team. Bagels, toast, croissants, muffins, apples, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, apple juice, tea and coffee. I would have liked non-dairy milk, but it's wasn't available, that's a hit or miss everywhere though. Great water pressure in the shower is always appreciated! Nice big lobby... Didn't have much time to check out the rest of the place though.

Check-in/check-out process. I had 8 rooms and each one had to be checked in individually and charged to my card individually, even though they were on one conf# and paid on the same CC. Also one room was 'upgraded' from 2 Queens to a single Queen suite, but it was odd. It was on the first floor, and the sitting room had one wall made of those privacy glass blocks, but you could still see through it... Not private at all and the first room everyone passes to the first floor rooms. It did prove to be nice to stow some of our team items there one night, being the first room off the lobby, but was still a tad awkward.

Breakfast had a good selection of food.

Staff need to keep on top of supplies for breakfast as things ran out very quickly. Need better layout to access some items as people stood in front of rotating toaster and blocked access to breads. Gym door needs fixing. Difficult to open, Gym very small and basic.

My wife and I were celebrating our 1 yr anniversary. We kinda checked in a little late like around 9pm, the staff let us have a late check out which was very nice. I love that the front desk staff had smiles on their faces as we walked in..they unformed Us about the breakfast time and WiFi password... All in all just nice, friendly and wholesome staff. My wife and I felt very comfortable and we both recommend this Monte Carlo Airport location...

We truly have no complaints, as I have stated above we have had a wonderful time with no complaints
