Hampton Inn Cornwall, Ont. was great ! easy check in, nice room, clean! great fitness center, high end gym equipment. Not a lot of machines but for a hotel it was great ! open 24 hrs. too! Free breakfast was good, even me being vegan there were things I could eat there. My spouse said the eggs and sausage were good. Nice big breakfast ! 24hrs. coffee and tea in the lobby. Reasonable pet fee for our dog, indoor pool (we didn't use ) washer and dryer room if you needed it too. Great staff and location was nice. Close to everything, walking distance to ice cream parlor, take out Chinese trailer, and a chicken fast food place. All walking distance. free parking and lots of it. Hotel room has two shades on window, one being a black out, super dark at night ! We will be back ! Jerry & Edward, Scarlett too woof!

Clean, bed was comfortable

No garbage by back door...those of us with pets would appreciate that. Elevator door sensor needs adjusting. Closes very quickly and did not sense I was in doorway still almost knocking me over. Air conditioner was very noisy each time it came on for 20 seconds. Pet fee very high compared to other motels, not impressed with paper plates and wooden cutlery for breakfast. Similar motels provide glass plates and silverware. For $300 plus per night perhaps you could spring for that. Thx

This was a great start for my family of four. Highlights included the scrumptious breakfast buffet, the day-long supply of coffee and hot chocolate, the beautiful pool room - with a variety of seating options inside and outside to relax between dips - and fitness centre, the beautiful rooms, and the location close to downtown.

Practically nothing. It would have been nice to have a microwave and a bathtub (more practical for bathing little children) rather than a stand-up shower in the room, though.

Nice and comfortable room and bathroom. Fast check in and check out. Possibility to shut down the air conditioning. Parking free of charge.

We requested to get a room in a quiet zone of the hotel, in the upper floors. Unfortunately, we were at the second floor (hotel has 4 floors). Room quite noisy early in the morning, but to stay honest, the noise was coming from people walking and staying in the corridor, not from outside. Breakfast ok but not fancy. Value for money is lower than our expectation.

Newer hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff with only one hiccup which was upon checking in when it was missed that we were travelling with our small dog. It was quickly sorted out by staff and a one time charge was added to our bill and we were able to settle in immediately.

Noise was a problem and we could hear the below us using their shower or the flushing of the toilet. Unfortunately with most hotels noises in the hallways can echo and seem louder than usual.

Our room was somewhat clean, just little things. Somebody sat at the end of our bed The cord for the iron. Wasn't pulled up and placed where it was supposed to be. There was still a coffee bag in the coffee machine. Just little things. But should be done before you get into the room, sorry.

The hotel staff were very friendly and and explained the hotel amenities very well.

I was given a key to 319 went in and found a couple inside, we went down together and I was given a new room, which was room 316 and when I laid down on my pillow something struck me in the back of my neck under the bottom of the pillow and found a large pocket knife.

Many of the items used during breakfast could have been recycled (plates, cutlery, napkins) not sure if Cornwall recycles or has a compost/green cart program

Great breakfast lots of options to choose from hot and cold options. Loved the room and comfy bed clean and a brand new hotel.Staff was great with check in.

We like everything this hotel had to offer. Nothing could be better as this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Clean and modern hotel with nice amenities for a traveling family such as the pool, gym, and hot cocoa in the lobby. The breakfast was also very nice.

Th air conditioning or vent fan was quite loud in the hallway on our room level, but in the room, it was fine.
