Cleanest Red Roof Inn we’ve ever stayed at. I don’t remember names but the first desk girl was super rude. I think we might have woke her up…she didn’t explain anything or give us the wifi code. The second girl was amazing!! Explained everything that I needed to know and gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner (I really wish I had gotten names!!)

I had asked for our two rooms to be close. The first cranky girl said that was not possible because of the rooms we booked (two king rooms). That was it…no other explanation.

Breakfast was great, crews at the motel were extremely friendly and nice. Parking lot is very large enough for the customers, the entire place is very clean and neat.

One of the towels... with my life experiences it has either mouse or rat poo stuck on the surface and has been washed a lot - it's covered by the cloth. I specifically left that piece on the desk while others on the ground, that really wasn't good at all.

This hotel is better- Lobby/ room- than most RED Roofs we have visited.

Breakfast organization was poor. Place like items with like items. You may want to visit other similar properties to upgrade the menu offerings. Lower quality breads, cereal. Just a few small improvements would bring it up. Why a waffle maker, and no whipped cream?

Nice variety, well laid out. Travel cups for coffee a nice touch. Attendant for the area very kind and helpful. We stayed at this Hotel before it became Red Roof. It was Ok then and now with the addition (elevator was great for my dog!) it's fabulous. The room was very nice, walk in shower perfect for my husband. temperature of the room set for comfort, not freezing. Bed was SUPER comfortable. Wish we'd had more time to spend there!

Amanda on the front desk was a delight when we were checking in. I Loved the fact that they had proper mugs, plates and cutlery available at breakfast, in addition to the disposable ones.

My bed was just a single mattress on a steel frame, so not particularly comfortable. The pillows were poor quality.

clean room, LOVED the shower pressure and hot water....I've stayed at places where they govern the temp of the hot water...NOT pleasant... Staff all friendly

I brought this to their attention...the BACK parking areas was filthy filthy filthy...overflowing garbage, garbage on the ground and HUNDREDS of cigarette butts EVERYWHERE...gave a very CHEAP dirty feel to the place. Inside..GREAT . outside...boy, somebody dropped the ball.. And there was clearly indifference to the situation. I noted the overflowing garbage and that was eventually taken care of... however there was still garbage all on the ground, cups..FOOD... wrappers.. that didn't get picked up while the bags were being changed. a small thing because the inside was great..but it's an indication to me of lack of attention to detail.

Easy to access anything in town

I realize that Marijuana is now legal, but just like smoking, it shouldn’t be allowed on the premises. There are those that have very sensitive issues to the smell and I was sick to my stomach for the last 3 days because of the smell near our room.

I wanted to thank Jennifer and Amanda for a great service. They were so helpful. Great customer service would recommend this place to anybody clean and the hospitality is exceptional. Thank you so much to Jennifer and Amanda.

I had a minor problem with the air conditioner of the room, but they were so quick to resolve the problem

Cereal choices were great! Little space to get some of the food, kept bumping into other people, not much elbow room.

The air conditioner unit was a little loud. Paid more for the room than I should have, didn’t get senior discount because I reserved the room through the national number and not the hotel directly.

The room was excellent. As was the staff and breakfast.

Through Booking.com we were promised 2 king premium with sofa rooms . Our friends room had a chair and ours was a loveseat . This was not expected but late at night and all rooms booked in the hotel we excepted it .
