I arrived with 2 babies, tons of luggage and was told there was no elevator to my room on the second floor. After voicing my concern about lugging 2 babies and all of our belongings to the front desk, they were more than happy to accommodate us with a room on the first floor. I was very thankful!!

Honestly our stay was very comfortable. The only negative I had was the old plug and chain in the bathtub.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The wifi worked well. The indoor pool was small but perfectly refreshing. The hotel is set back from the main street which made it quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was adequate with lots of bread products, make your own waffles, cereal,coffee, teas, juice and microwaveable egg sandwiches.

Our room was over the pool so it always felt damp.

. The Super 8 was chosen for its proximity to the highway, and it didn’t disappoint. Were allowed to check-in earlier than the web site said. The room was roomy and very clean. The beds were comfy. There were many restaurant options in the area as well.

There was nothing about our short stay that we didn’t like. It was a pleasant experience.

Clean....and Gina was very friendly checking us in and provided us with ice from the kitchen since the ice machine was broken.

Broken ice machine. Would be nice to have a card lock entry from the back as we had to park back there due to hauling a cargo trailer.

I liked pretty much everything. From staff to cleanness to breakfast all was perfect. Rooms are modern and spotless clean.

Nothing to mention. Everything was as expected and as pictured. All amenities were properly working.

The staff are very affable and make the visitor quite welcome. Its location just off the 401 is excellent. I would definitely stay Inext time I'm in the area

Breakfast doesn't begin early enough in the morning for real early birds.

Location was great, right off of the 401. The price was great and the woman at the front desk was very polite and welcoming.

The room was nice. Our only complaints were the mass amounts of ants running around and the crumbs all around the bed that they were eating.

We like that it is right off the highway. Gas station nearby and restaurants are minutes away. The hotel is under renovations and we had a newly done room! Very spacious, clean and modern. Bed was comfy, liked having a large desk and having lots of shelf space. Especially in the bathroom it had a large counter.

Very disappointed with the bag breakfast bag. The room rate said it included a breakfat not a brown paper bag with a muffin big enough for a 2year old child, no coffee available, a yogourt, an apple and child's mini juice. We understand with the Covid management you have to adjust and we have to adjust as well. But please make a note so we know what we will get. Please adjust your rates in consequence. We should ask for a $10 credit for the breakfast we should have had for 2 adults. It would really be appreciated. Thank you. Pierrette Laverdure

The room was clean, comfy bed. Breakfast was a bag of covid supplies...I am sure when things get back to "normal" it would be better. Friendly staff.

I didn't like being called while travelling the highway on my way to my booked room and being told I was booked for the day before I booked and I was charged a day ahead of my confirmed booking date. That is not ok. The confirmation on my end was accurate. It's not fair to the staff. They are lucky I didn't loose it on them. Plus, I said 2 guests. My confirmation said 4. Booking online is obviously impersonal and inaccurate. Fix it. It's not fair to your staff. Happy staff Happy customers.
