The freshly renovated room elevated the quality of the stay - rainfall shower was nice and water pressure good. Outlets beside bed were helpful. The firepit was a nice touch though we didn't take advantage since I was overheated from walking around on a warm day. Being in room 104 which was right on the street, I thought it would be much noisier but it wasn't bad at all, though we did stay on a Wednesday night- a weekend night would be most likely be significantly louder on the street with more traffic. The front desk staff are superb and my partner loved that they had coffee out constantly near the front desk. Walking distance to everything in Grand Bend including the beach, perfect location. The price was a but high but it was peak summer tourist season and I am actually amazed they even had a room available on such short notice, so I wasn't going to complain about that too much! Overall, this was a great stay!

There was no closet in the room,, so not many places to hang things although there were 3-4 hooks on the wall by the room door. The air conditioning was top notch so I hate to complain about that at all BUT there was no way to direct the airflow and it was aimed directly at the bed, so we had to turn it way down to not freeze over night.

It is a clean, well-maintained hotel with free parking and near the beach. The air conditioning in the room works perfectly, maintaining a pleasant temperature, and lots of water is available from the shower.

The shower in our room was missing a place to put our soap and shampoo. We had to put it on the floor, which is not practical or sterile. No clothing hangers were in the closet; when we asked for them, we only got two hangers.

Great location and really nice hotel. We loved the courtyard lounge! Staff was awesome too.

Check-in was a bit late, although we just filled our day with activities. We also could hear (very clearly) people in the hallway in the middle of the night around 3am. Perhaps having signs in the hallway telling people to be quiet could help. The sound really comes through the doors. The price was okay for a triple room but a bit expensive for Grand Bend. Especially since our room didn't have a view at all - just skylights. If it had a little balcony or windows the price would have been much fairer. Lastly, the shower curtain doesn't keep the water in!! We had water pool on the ground after each shower - and there were four of us so it was a lot of water to mop up.

Location couldn't be beat! It's a quick walk down to the beach with a ton of awesome beach shops along the way. Free parking is included which is again nice because you have to pay for parking everywhere with a two hour maximum. The bed was very comfortable, rooms were very cute. The seating area was absolutely relaxing and they offer smores kits for their out door sitting area. I'd recommend putting a microwave in the rooms as well as a coffee maker.

Trying to figure out where our room was, very confusing. We also had a suite that was next to an exit door; we had people numerous times try to open up our door by mistake, extra signage can fix both issues. The shower was nice but the water temp was either super hot, hot, kinda hot or luke warm. No coffee or tea maker, you have to go to the reception area in the morning.

Location to everything we needed, we could walk everywhere; restaurants, beach, lcbo & beer. Rooms were newly renovated and spotless. Beds and linens really comfortable. Courtyard was excellent, beautiful comfortable muskoka furniture to relax on and being able to bring our own food and drinks to enjoy in front of the fire pits was wonderful. Sirius 80’s station provided hours of great music. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel is fabulous and we look forward to returning next year for a longer stay.

We booked a Queen deluxe room and found the room much too small for two of us. Bigger room next year for a longer stay. Theres no closet, and there are not enough hooks in the room or bathroom. As a beach hotel we had nowhere to hang wet bathing suits or beach towels. Even in the bathroom there was only one hook on the back of the door for one bath towel. Also no rail to hang the hand towel near the sink. Rooms need more or larger garbage bins.

The beds were super comfortable and I liked that there was a fridge if we wanted to buy things and a convenience store nearby. Also, I appreciated that bottles of water that were included. The friendliness of the staff and the room we had was quiet. The bathroom was nicely laid out and the hooks for hanging towels or bathing suits under the air conditioner was a nice touch. I also appreciated the lamps having a spot to charge my phone as well as a plug for my CPAP machine.

The signage could have been better. There was a sign in the parking lot which said lobby this way but I was still not sure where to go so another sign saying Lobby on other side of the courtyard would be nice. Also the outside doors from the parking lot had no signage on our building so saying which rooms were behind those doors would have helped us from walking around the building to find our room.

It is close to the beach and places to eat and shop. The location is perfect and the ambiance is beautiful especially how they maintain the courtyard. It is also quiet and we were blessed with decent neighbours.

During our stay we had about 4 hrs (or less)of power interruption and there wasn’t any generator to replace the lost power. Also, would wish for it to have a swimming pool.

Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Even went above and beyond to offer us better glasses while on the patio. Patio/ Courtyard area was great. Location for walking places is excellent.

The floor in the room has an odd squishy-ness to it. The room faced onto the street so wasn’t quiet (requested a quiet room), which turned out not to be a big deal, but if that had been a major request it could have been. Also lots of construction currently happening on the road right in front of the hotel, which may have impacted that rooms normal status. Checkin was quite late. We parked and were told rooms weren’t ready and to come back. Worked out fine as we moved on with plans, but didn’t meet expectations, especially when we requested an early check in and now it was later than normal.

It was very clean and seems to have been recently updated. Staff was very friendly.

This was a bare bones motel stay at a premium rate. We booked a room with three double beds. There where no windows in the main room and one window in the small room. The room was not ADA- and only assessable via many stairs- which did matter for us- but something to note.

Amazing! Very very clean. Only hotel on the strip Service was amazing, employees were very kind and helpful. We had a late checkout for 12pm and left a little after that, nobody harassed us they were very cooperative. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. This is my go to spot whenever I’m visiting ✌🏼
