I really appreciated how the staff waited up for us to get there, long after the front desk was closed. That was not expected, but it was appreciated. The room was a nice size and the bathroom was very nice and modern. I like that.

There was no breakfast at this Motel. That would have been nice though. The room was clean for the most part, just the floors were dirty...how did I know, my son put on brand new white socks before we left the room for the day, and before he could even put on his shoes for us to leave, his socks were brown from walking on the floor in the room. Not impressed. The TV was not working the first night we got there...something with the cable HTMI cord. We got it fixed by night two, because we were out all day.

Modernized, very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were a great relief after walking a lot. Location is good, close to everything we wanted.

Have stayed there before. Told too many people how nice it is that when I tried to book the weekend it was sold out and I could only get Sunday night. Will book earlier next year.

It was super clean, quiet and comfortable to sleep. A great matress and pillows. All wrapped and clean. Hot water for a great shower. A nice size fridge and great cable tv.

Having only the one window makes it very dark inside. Can't leave curtains open for all to see when people walk by. Having curtains closed all the time meant we did sleep so soundly but had to set our alarm or we would sleep in.

Neighbors. There was a group of kids staying there who spent HOURS running back and forth, closing doors, above my room. The motel has a policy about noise after 10pm which didnt seem to matter to these guests. Very inconsiderate and whomever was supervising them, WAS NOT.

The Cedar Lodge is conveniently located on one of the main roads, close to the centre of the town of Goderich ON and other amenities ie grocery store. The staff were very responsive to questions and requests.

As a relatively tall man I would have appreciated a bed with a few more inches, however the industry standard was fine.

The location was perfect. Anywhere we wanted to go to was within a ten minute drive. Pool was close enough to get to even if weather was not perfect.

When iam on vacation most of the places we have stayed at have a continental breakfast or restaurant. I understood that the motel did not have the space. This was fine as I stated there was other eating places within a 10 minute drive

The motel is in a good location. Close to everything we wanted to visit. The rooms are very clean,and the staff are polite. They also have an indoor pool which is great for a relaxing swim. We will for surely stay there again when visiting Goderich.

We would have like it if there was a continental breakfast of some sort. We really enjoyed the pool facilities and our room at the back was very nice and quiet. Gentleman at the front was very nice

Nice room, bathroom nicely updated.

The cleaning could have been better - nothing serious, just some dust and some "bits" in the corners of the bathroom floor and on top of the bathroom heater.

walls were thin, could hear neighbours tv all night, and every time a toilet flushed I could hear noises from the pipes.
