The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Beds and carpet are comfortable. There are plenty of outlets for all your devices. Great cable selection and the television had hdmi for your own inputs. WIFI is perfect, not a single interruption. Excellent service. Property is very well kept, quiet, relaxing, and family friendly. Parking right outside my door. Amenities close by. Restaurant across the street. 24 hour Circle K is less than a 3 minute drive away. And bonuses for me are that my children's toys couldn't go under the beds, and Tim Hortons is a 5 minute drive away. We definitely were not disappointed. Amazing price. I can't wait to book again in the summer. They have an outdoor saltwater pool that the family can't wait to swim in!

What a nice surprise on drive home from Montreal. Not only was the motel very willing to accommodate us as we had a flat tire on the way there but when we arrived, taking the last room available it was great! Newly renovated, clean, well equipped with lots of parking and a good homestyle restaurant across the street. And economical! There's a pool, bbq, and rooms that are well lit, with large fridge, microwave and lots of space. I might be a good place to stay when touring PEC.

Stayed multiple times and have always had a great stay. My kids love the park and the heated saltwater pool. Basketball net for the older kids. Parking right outside my door and lots of parking on the property. Property also has a BBQ you're able to use. Excellent WIFI. Great cable options. Staff are very welcoming. Rooms and property are very clean and well kept. More than enough outlets in the rooms and great water pressure. Will always choose the Fox Motor Inn while staying in Napanee

The room was very clean, the bed was supportive and didn't have the trough that often comes when they need replacing. They came with both hard and soft pillow and when I borrowed the extra cover from the other bed in the room, they made up the bed I slept in with that cover left in place - a very thoughtful touch. There was a coffee maker, fridge and the hvac unit wasn't noisy. In fact, although in the off season, the facility was very quiet even with a guest staying in the next room. It looked like the room had been painted and painted well. The driveway looks like it had been resealed recently. And it was a relatively inexpensive motel. It was perfect for me - clean, quiet, and reasonable. I will go back there.

Higher quality toilet paper would be nice.

From the very friendly service at reception to the farewell wave, everything was excellent at this family run motel. It is minutes from downtown Napanee and has a great little restaurant across the road for breakfast. We had bicycles with us and, as our room was on the second floor, the owner kindly offered to lock our bikes in his garage over night.

The pool was a little cool, but it was mid-September and we were pleased that it was still open.

Bathroom was spacious and well ventilated. Lots of seating for relaxing/getting ready. Good location close to town and across from quality diner. Room was far from highway for low noise.

Needs a smart-tv for streaming! Had my own Chromecast but it didn't work on the WIFI and I forgot it in the TV! Could use a kettle + instant coffee rather than only a pod brewer: simpler and faster, and good for tea drinkers/those who bring their own instant coffee packets.

The cleanliness and friendliness, the location was good for our purposes, a nice diner across the street but a little out of town. It was cozy and good value for the location.

Tiny things that weren’t really an issue, like the rooms air conditioning being in the bathroom only, access to plugs (they have them just not by the bed). But really it was a nice room otherwise.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable. From the moment we walked into the building, it was clear that great attention to detail had been given to maintaining a spotless environment. Our room was very neat and spacious. It was certainly good value for our money. We highly recommend Fox Motor Inn for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

The owner was very friendly and helpful and the room was exceptionally clean. The entire property was obviously very well cared for and the outdoor pool was a bonus as we arrived on a very hot day. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the room had excellent amenities such as a microwave and mini fridge. There was a barbecue on site and some picnic tables.

My husband and I love this place because it has everything we need--friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, reliable wifi, small table & chairs, workspace, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a diner across the street with hot breakfast--without a lot of extra frills we don't want and would rather not pay for. The value is excellent. On this visit, we noted an extra touch: a power strip on the bedtable, for ease of charging phones & laptops overnight. SO handy!

It was a snowy day when temps had been about zero for a while, and the parking lot was a bit icy--there was also an icy patch on the walkway outside our room, as there was a drip from the eaves above. An application of salt on days like this would be a good idea.
