Great, friendly reception at desk. Rooms were super clean, freshly painted and kitchenette met all our needs. Loved the opening windows. The lighted and heated mirror in the bathroom was a bonus. Continental breakfast variety was more than expected and the coffee was excellent! Definitely recommend this motel.

Could have stocked extra blankets.

Very friendly and helpful staff. the suite option was perfect and well priced for the two beds and kitchenette (the back bedroom is separate with own door- perfect for families or friends wanting some separate privacy). the breakfast was clean with great options (waffle maker, coffee, juice, cereal bar, yogurts, fruits, bagels, croissants etc) great place for road trip stop - close to highway, clean, felt safe

can tell it’s been recently updated which is nice - clean, well stocked in supplies, but the older building meant you could hear the neighbours at night.

Convenient to highway, clean, great staff, great breakfast included.

The mattress was a VERY old tired foam mattress, laying on it you sunk/fell into a hole in the middle where there was no support. I woke up with a sore back. It was evident even before laying on it because the feet of bed were higher than the head so in addition to falling into the hole in the middle, your feet were higher than your head.

Friendly staff, excellent price. Renovated, clean rooms. Definitely one of the nicer motels I have stayed in.

we love old fashioned motels that are on one level and you can park your car outside your door. This motel was recently remodeled very tastefully, with a new open shower stall that you just walk into and nice crown molding. even the caulking in the bathroom was finely done. Their breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. there were plenty of USB outlets, and I especially liked the long-necked reading lights on each side of the bed. the bed was a fairly soft memory foam

the rooms are on the small side although we had plenty of room for all our stuff.

Great location for my travel plans Very courteous and pleasant staff Well maintained and tastefully decorated Although it is adjacent to a major thoroughfare is was very quiet The only thing that I could find a reason to complain about is that I had to walk across the room to hang my jacket. I will definitely stay here if my travel schedule brings me to Sudbury in the future.

Room was clean and included all we needed. Loved the walk in shower---very accessible. Breakfast offered quite a variety of food---boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, toast, cereal, pancakes---something for everyone. Price was decent through booking.com

There was a problem with the credit card system that had to be worked out over the phone.

The wood view from my window in my separate room was spectacular... the hardwood floor. How the kitchenette look good and very equipped... bed was comfy.

The bath was not letting the water in ... the coffee machine is hard to figure out... use red bottom not green if you want coffee... I wish check out was 1pm.... especially, there was nobody in the motel.

This motel is an excellent place to stay, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, pleasant and helpful staff. Great location to the east end of Sudbury. The motel is quickly accessible from Hwy 17 east. Although the close proximity to a major street allowed for noise at night with passing vehicles....I would stay at this location in the future.

Best place we ever stayed inn(lol) would definitely 💯 recommend this place. Fridge, little stove, microwave...no carpets, clean, bright. Breakfast was included. You had a choice of coffee, apple or orange juice, milk 4 different cereals, bread for toast, bagel, muffins fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and you can even make your own waffles...awesome. front desk person was really friendly and not a fake friendly.
