The whole building was very clean and well maintained.

Our "king suite" was actually the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. My friend booked the "queen suite" which was twice the size, but still just a normal room. To switch, I had to call booking.com and sit on hold for 10 minutes. Once I got through, they organized what they called an "upgrade", even though both rooms cost the same. And then they charged me an extra fee to do it. (Booking.com, not the hotel) The hotel staff were very friendly and super helpful. And so were the people at booking.com, once I got through. Also, we paid the extra for this hotel because of the slide. The slide needs to be booked in 30-minute intervals. Unfortunately for us, the lifeguard didn't show up for her shift, so we didn't get to use the slide anyway.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament weekend. The staff were great, the rooms were clean and everyone had a good stay. A special shout out to Taylor who was a life saver in the bar after the very long white out drive up to Sudbury, and to Connie who organized breakfast for us at our horribly early start time. You both really made a big difference to our stay!

It was clean and comfortable. The full breakfast was a nice bonus. Loved having a kitchen with a dishwasher.

It was advertised that the room had a table for dining and our room did not come with one. I was a bit bummed about that. The stove was a bit small and hard to fit two pots on to cook a full meal.

We « book » slots time for the pool ! At one point they ask some people to leave the pool area because of over capacity! The people that was their way before is never left ( 2 family with older kids - teenager) !! I decided to leave since I felt bad for the new family arriving with no space for them.

We searched specifically for a hotel with a pool that would be entertaining for the children and parents. There was a large (heated room temperature) pool with a fabulous slide and a fun and personable lifeguard to make the experience even more comfortable and fun. Overall very pleased and will certainly book here again. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids (13, 10 and 5) in a single room with queen bed and sofa bed and we’re happy and comfortable for our one night stay!

It was beyond their control, people left with pool towels so towels were limited. People leave your pool towels!! :) Also my 5 year old was a few inches too short for the slide but all for safety so understandable :) keep the slide and the precautionary measures! :)

Amazing Room, beyond expectations. Very clean lobby and really appreciated the staff and the fact you had a store so I didn't leave hotel.

Having to reserve slide was rediculious. Pool was too small for facilities. I realize it was March break so lots of kids. Only thing that was bad about our stay.

The queen sofa bed was not queen, it was a double. Hot tub broken first night. Breakfast was below average selection.

Complementary coffee , always available...loved breakfast! Guest laundry! Pool... I just loved it! It's a pet friendly suite, but exceptionally clean!

The light over the dining table was not bright enough to read by. Tried to move the lamp over, but the plug under the table didn't work.

Breakfast was way above hotel average. When you say that you are pet friendly you really mean it. Often with a pet I am given a second rate room and treated as a second rate guest. I did not feel any of that. The room was clean and well maintained, and I appreciated the extra touches like the pet treats and the grassed area set aside for potty breaks.

Well, there was teams of kids streaming down the hall, sitting and screaming outside our door. I understand that would be more than likely any hotel I stayed in when there are tournaments in town, but gee, can parents not be requested to treat other guests with respect. Hot tub was supposed to be 2 guests at a time. I counted 7 kids in there at one time. Never got to use it. Next time I would request a room on the back as there was traffic noise from the front of the hotel.
