After an incident with an outside patron, while returning to our room from the water park facility, the management had my family moved to an upgraded room within 4 minutes and then proceeded to lock down the entire facility to outside patrons. At 50$ per person entry fees to the water park, I know this decision came with cost. Management knew about our incident before I approached the front desk. They are 100% the safest child friendly facility I have ever encountered tested. I have stayed I. Hotels all across Ontario, Winnipeg, New Brunswick, and Cape Breton. In todays society there was no price worthy of the efforts made by Jennifer, Manager on site. I cannot rave enough.

The waterpark is amazing and having Boston Pizza attached is so convenient. The kids and us had a blast at the park.

The noise. After 10pm when we were all trying tk sleep the family in the room next to us were all screaming at eachother, the kids were all screaming, crying and running. Absolutely no regard for the fact that there were other people in the hotel. Not great sound proofing for a hotel that is designed for families with kids. It’s hard to sleep when there is a family next to you being as loud as they possibly can with no regard for neighbours and total lack of consideration for the fact that they’re in a hotel with other families present. May be worth it to have security or staff do rounds to ensure that volume is at an acceptable level.

Excellent place to have fun with kids. We visited waterpark, had a dinner at Boston Pizza and had breakfast at the buffet. All hotel facilities are excellent, comfortable and very clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Free towel service is available the waterpark and discount coupons for in-hotel restaurants were provided at check-in.

Waterpark slides were a little bit rusty. Changing area was very small but very comfortable for families. Since checking is only at 4, you can access the waterpark early, but you need to change is in changing facility.

Kid friendly....the Waterpark...clean rooms and hotel...Fields staff were very friendly..front desk staff were helpful.. Grounds are beautifully kept. Great place to get together as a family.

Sheets were rough...Waterpark opening time is late if you have young children who get up early. Also if checkout is 11 and park opens at 10 that leaves little time to actually use the facility. We did really appreciate extending check out to 1130. Waterpark staff looked like they hated their jobs and 2 stood around and chatted so we couldn't use the slides for awhile.

The park was great for my kids little cooler in the afternoon when the sun went away and was not warming up the facility. Room was clean,the balcony door was difficult to open.

The pool area was not as clean as it should be. Lots of lost bandaids and hair by the afternoon. The pools could be heated up more in the afternoon due to the sun not creating a greenhouse affect. Random bandaid floating in the wave pool. The towels are small and they did not let you take them back to our room. Which isn't great as the kids were cold. Bring your own towel, but they should get better towels. Parking isn't free. I am staying at the hotel and renting a room. The least you could offer to have parking included in the stay. I can understand charging for those using the parking for only Waterpark access. That's fair The outdoor park. Danger!!! I can't see them having this park inspected and passed. The wood on the platform has rotten.

We recently stayed at Americana, and overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we felt at home throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent, with the water park being a huge hit for the kids – they absolutely loved it! Made for some memorable family moments.

However, cleanliness in the toilets could use improvement. While the rest of the property was well-maintained, this aspect stood out as needing more attention.

We loved everything about our stay at Americana! The staff were very informative and polite. The water park was clean and tons of lifeguards which was reassuring. They even provide life vests for little ones free of charge. The room was well kept, clean, and updated. It felt like a luxurious stay and a reasonable price tag! We had dinner at Boston Pizza just steps from our room. Very convenient and ideal for families that want everything in one location, rather than travelling out to get dinner, breakfast etc.

For the price ($400 for one night) the water park could’ve had more attractions or been larger. It was quite small but thankfully just enough for our 4 year old. I wish there was a deal on multiple night stays as we would’ve definitely enjoyed 2 nights if it were more affordable. $400 is quite expensive for a night at any hotel, even with a water park. I will definitely be looking out for groupons and deals in the future as we would love to return!

Waterpark was fantastic! My three daughters were absolutely ecstatic about it. It was wonderful to watch them have so much fun. The room was fairly clean. Staff at check-in were fantastic.

The carpets in the room were dirty. Kids had to wear their sandals while in the room, or the bottoms of their feet turned almost black within a short period of time. Upon check out, staff should make sure guests have left the lobby before screaming 'Trump 2024' from inside the office. It's was very unprofessional, to say the least.

The hotel was clean and had 3 restaurants in, also the waterpark which was cute but not as big as the pictures but the kids had fun. We got the suite with bunk beds and was great for 3 adults and 2 children.

Was memorial weekend and was a lot of going on in the hotel, was very noisy until 3 am with music and people screaming in the hallways due to an event they had earlier I guess. We had asked our waitress next day at breakfast and she said was a dance competition that took place in the hotel over the weekend.

The waterpark served its purpose to keep our son amused and we used the hot tub, which was great. The Fields restaurant we used for breakfast and it was really good value for money at $19.95 with the buffet, but the 15% service charge was a shocker! Rooms were well stocked, clean and spacious.

The Boston Pizza attached we used 2 nights out of 4 and both times the food was great, but service was "challenging" in different ways; had to speak to the "16-year-old" manager about things and he was next to useless. I know this is a Third Party situation, but the affiliation is clear and it is an integral part of the hotel, so as far as I'm concerned, it's flaws reflect badly on the hotel. The hotel needs to "have a word" to get their service levels up! The beds weren't great :( ......... they were pretty hard and squeaky and my wife woke with back ache, but not to say everyone would suffer.
