I really loved all the beautiful flowers everywhere especially around the pool and patio areas. I love that they have a bbq there and places to sit outside The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and the bus stops right outside the hotel, great location with lots of great restaurants around within walking distance. The owners were very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed.

The only thing I didn’t like was that our heart shaped jacuzzi in the room was slightly lower on one end and there is no overflow drain. so you have to be careful if you move too quickly in the tub, the water will spill out and make a mess. we went through a lot of towels because of this. BUT, it was still amazing and I couldn’t believe how clean the tub was. I bring my own cleaner always and wash it out before we get in. However, it really didn’t need it. I have stayed in fancy hotels that were not even close to how clean our room was here.

Location is great, just about 10 mins drive from Clifton Hill. Rooms are clean and spacious. Love the fact they have an additional washbasin with a huge dressing mirror. There is a very good sized fridge and microwave in the room which I have never seen in any similar type of hotels, which is great. Staff is polite and helpful. There is private parking available at the property which is an added advantage too. Highly recommended.

The lighting in the room is dull. We generally prefer white lights and more of them scattered in the room so that it looks nice and bright, so that is definitely one thing we didn't like.

Nice sized room for 3 adults and one child. Full kitchen with everything u need to prepare and serve meals. We stayed in the family suite. The TV wasn't working but when I called the office, someone came up immediately and exchanged it for another one. Will definitely stay again 😀

This place is a hidden gem! Beautiful decor, pool, patio with grill, kids play area, laundry area,the owners were kind and accommodating. Bed was comfortable 10 mins from all attractions, 5 mins from shopping dining.

The continental breakfast could be up dated. But tht wasnt an issue for us.

Place was clean breakfast although simple toast coffee cereal fruit was good. Parking included. Size room was good. Asked extra towels no issues.

Was a bit outdated plastic flowers in room. 80's vibe. Bit of drive to falls thought it was closer. Remote had no batteries had to go to front office. Ran out coffee needed knife kept asking for items in breakfast area.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was affordable, easy to get to, ample free parking, rooms were large, clean, and spacious, and the pool was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

How clean it was Smelled good when I walked Professional and straight to the point Remembered me when I called to ask if I left my charger and had already checked room (found it in my bag at home anyways lol) Comfortable bed Whoever cleaned it was really thorough, i was plugging in a roku box and even behind the tv wasnt gross

The room was very clean an accommodating. The room not only was incredibly clean but had all the amenities needed.

The staff is amazing and friendly, the property itself was well maintained and rooms were so clean.

Quite, clean ,beg room with good AC, nice cartoons makes the room really dark and shower has very good pressure, and they do have coffee maker

The front desk after I did fainliz my reservation at booking. Com, he asked for $100 deposit , yea he refunded in morning but still i don't know why he did so

Our room was great. Very comforting. If your looking for a couples spot. The honeymoon sweet is great to have with the jacuzzi.

What i think they can work on is whats available to watch on tv. Also rowdy couple above us but that can happen anywhere
