I've been coming here for years, I highly recommend the heart-shaped jacuzzi if you're feeling a little bit freaky! 😝 Very understanding couple at front desk & just for a little getaway from the inner city, it's perfect!! No regrets and definitely will be back:) Ah, they also have this beautiful area with a BBQ, a big table for a big feast, for a get-together with family or friends. Don't let me forget whatta a gorgeous view of the sunsets and sunrises on top floor 5 star rating for sure.

Our heat was not working, the staff brought us a portable heater which worked well, unfortunately it is something that should of been looked at prior to our arrival

These are simple basic rooms, which worked well for us as we were only there to sleep. Bed were on the small side, but the room was clean.

Wr stayed for a night in December so it was cool/cold. The rooms are heated by baseboard heating and it is hard to regulate the temperature and it was very hot and dry.

The room I was given was spacious and accommodating. It had all the necessities you’d expect. I asked hotel staff if they had laundry facilities and pleasantly learned that they did—they are coin operated however, and they don’t have coins so be prepared for a slight goose chase to use them.

I think keeping a stock of coins or a way to pay for laundry by card (especially for travelers from the US) is going to be a good idea for your property.

Everything including swimming pool. Cleanliness of property. Bathroom were very clean 👌 I must say spotless. The couple at the front soinf outstanding job. She offered me few goodies for my kids.the staff very kind and ready to help always. The beds were very comfortable. Good night sleep. I'll recommend this Villager Lodge to everyone.

Location is great, just about 10 mins drive from Clifton Hill. Rooms are clean and spacious. Love the fact they have an additional washbasin with a huge dressing mirror. There is a very good sized fridge and microwave in the room which I have never seen in any similar type of hotels, which is great. Staff is polite and helpful. There is private parking available at the property which is an added advantage too. Highly recommended.

The lighting in the room is dull. We generally prefer white lights and more of them scattered in the room so that it looks nice and bright, so that is definitely one thing we didn't like.

I really loved all the beautiful flowers everywhere especially around the pool and patio areas. I love that they have a bbq there and places to sit outside The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and the bus stops right outside the hotel, great location with lots of great restaurants around within walking distance. The owners were very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed.

The only thing I didn’t like was that our heart shaped jacuzzi in the room was slightly lower on one end and there is no overflow drain. so you have to be careful if you move too quickly in the tub, the water will spill out and make a mess. we went through a lot of towels because of this. BUT, it was still amazing and I couldn’t believe how clean the tub was. I bring my own cleaner always and wash it out before we get in. However, it really didn’t need it. I have stayed in fancy hotels that were not even close to how clean our room was here.

The room was nice and clean ! It was a little cool when we arrived but other than that it was nice and calm and peaceful. The jacuzzi tub was nice and clean ! We had a great anniversary !

I think they could’ve included four towels . 2 for the shower and two for the jacuzzi tub.

Very large room, nice to have 3 chairs in the room and a large table. the parking lot was very clean and plenty of flowers hanging from the hailing above which gives beauty to the location.

Continental breakfast not available, the business would increase at least 20% if they served breakfast.

Close to everything, fridge and microwave very convenient. Staff nice. Nice pool with patio furniture amd a deck with bbq. The second sink very convenient. And the price was perfect. We will be back next year.

The bathroom need some temder loving care
