From the moment we arrived the staff was great. The room was very clean though maybe slightly dated. The fridge and microwave worked and were both very clean. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but I did see that it was also very clean and someone was out every day cleaning any leaves or anything else that may have been blown in during some of the storms. We didn't use housekeeping just because we didn't need it. However every morning Belinda checked to see if we needed anything and she also recommended things we could do that were more "local". Unfortunately one of the events was canceled due to rain but it was really nice to know about it when otherwise we wouldn't have because it wasn't a "tourist attraction." We will absolutely be back. If we didn't have to get home to our dog, we would have stayed longer!!

The only thing that I could see as a downfall was the shower size. My daughter and I are smaller so it wasn't a big deal for us. But I could see it being a problem for someone bigger.

Room was very clean. A little small. It was very comfy.No mold, no bugs. I loved it. Beautiful pool, great parking, and the staff was over the top friendly. I would recommend this little motel if you want to go on a vacation, but can’t afford $175-200 a night. It is very affordable, and many convenience’s nearby.

The room was super clean and organized. It had a microwave, refrigerator, tv, desk. The room is tiny but it has everything you need. I was there last July 06, 2022 with my husband, to visit Niagara Falls and I needed a hotel to sleep and continue my trip. Honestly, I was expecting a bad smell or cigarette smell in the room since their rate is very cheap, but I did not get anything negative in the room and I could rest without noise. It is definitely worth staying if you are looking for something cheap, clean, quiet and a 13-minute drive from the Falls.

Mario and Eva are the sweet owners and treated my husband and I like we were special! The hotel is a bit dated but in a great location and incredibly affordable. The pool was huge and so refreshing! We would definitely stay with them again. Our maid Belinda was the best! She became friends with us.. I can't say enough good about our stay.. We had a wonderful time! Joann & Jay C.

Mario and Eve were very patient and very helpful. Belinda was so friendly and provided a nice clean room when we arrived. She has a great personality and did a great job taking care of us!

Is a good place to stay for a couple of days when you visit de falls, very fine location 10 minutes from the falls, a lot of restaurants al markets for shopping.

Loved the place. It was super clean and tidy. Room had everything you'd need, a small microwave & fridge. And decent furniture. Bathroom was a decent size too. Loved the customer service. Very friendly and homely environment. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends. And bonus - there was a swimming pool too.

Owner at the front office was very friendly and helpful. It is more run down feeling, but overall they were very clean and nice. Definitely worth the price.

Cozy little budget stay near Niagara. Niagara is easily accessible by bus. Bus stand is just in front of the Inn. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The mattress could be a little better.
