The breakfast buffet was not really a buffet, it was just cereals and bread with coffee. The website mentioned it is continental breakfast but there were no such options available at the hotel.

Rooms were neat and clean and the location was easily accessible. There was adequate parking as well, but was a little worried about the safety. The breakfast was bland and not so great. It was just bread, a couple of fruits - that was it! We did have waffles on Sunday though, but there was a huge number of people waiting for it and didn't want to waste time there. The dining room was very small too and not enough place to sit everyone. We ended up carrying our breakfast to our room and having it there.

Breakfast could have been better as well as the Dining area. The staff were pretty grumpy - always as if they hated being there and attending to folks. It would be good to have friendlier staff managing the Front desk.

Very good breakfast and plenty of choice—thank you! It’s probably best to come early as the room can get a little crowded! We realized that there was space to park behind the building and closer to our room but we were fine parked in front.

The first room we were given smelled of smoke/cigarettes ( even though it was supposed to be non-smoking) , and the air conditioner made a fluctuating whirring sound which would not be helpful for sleep. I spoke to the manager and he immediately understood our concerns and suggested we move to another room up the hallway. There was no odor and the air conditioner was working fine, and we had a good night’s sleep. Lighting in the room could have been a little better! We were very glad that our concerns were listened to and our needs were met!

Very friendly and welcoming staff, very close to where we wanted to be by Niagra Falls, reasonable cost. People with celiac disease or gluten allergy will need to bring food or go to breakfast as the breakfast is not gluten free (there was one cereal that was marked gluten free, though). However, the staff were great. They let me know where I could eat close by and that was highly appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again.

This really cannot be considered a what I didn't like as we did not even realize it was an issue. I know that they would have moved us if had realized the issue and asked. The air conditioner was broken, but the room was comfortable and cool when we got in and we did not notice until morning when I went to turn it on before we checked out to go home. We let the staff know and they were going to have it fixed for the next guest. Again, not bad as I am certain that the very friendly staff would have moved us if we needed it in the night,

Reception. The lady in the reception is horrible. She looked at us like un invited guests. She behaved like she offering like free of cost room. Not responsive… We earlier requested second floors room and we reached at 3PM( actual time for check-in) she said you need to wait for 30 minutes to get the room. Then I raised what is the check-in time? Then she went somewhere and said your room is ready. After 8 hrs of travels we reached hotel these kind of welcoming we faced.. We felt really annoyed. Except that Receptionist, everything is good!

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The pool was really nice too.

The breakfast was very basic. We were there for 2 nights and it was the same both days. Bacon or sausage and eggs would have been great. And yogurt. Also our toilet didn't flush from the moment we got there. Someone came in and plunged it but he didnt test it. It wasnt 100%. It plugged the next day again and the woman who came to fix it fixed it great.

It was a decent budget hotel. The room was basic and comfortable. It was mostly clean. The staff at the reception are very polite and helpful.

There were used coffee pods in the coffee machine that hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast was too basic, mostly just bread and coffee, didn't even have eggs. The place doesn't have elevators.

Robert was very polite and professional. The staff were also nice. The location is excellent and central. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Continental breakfast was good. Toast, bagels, couple cereals, package cereals, bananas, lil cinnamon rolls, orange & apple juice, a wide selection of teas, coffee. There is also teas and coffee available in lobby all day. There's a reasonable size fridge with a lil freezer section.

The actual building is poorly built. You can hear TV next door, people above walking/jumping above...absolutely no insulation! I have stayed at other locations and not had this experience. If you book this location, ask for upper floor.

great price in a great place reception accommodated my request to stay in first floor even though it was an upgrade to the room i booked at no additional cost- he asked us not to use the jacuzzi which I am perfectly fine breakfast was basic but good unli coffee and water vendo was great room is clean and tidy will stay here again for sure

Frank at the front desk was excellent. Friendly, helpful and great customer service experience.

Room was very hot 83 degrees when we opened the door. Yes we turned down the heat to a more appropriate level. The view we had when we opened the window was less than desired and the neighbouring property had some sort of air compressor on which went off ever 45 minutes or so with a loud hissing sound.
