Check in was smooth and efficient, the attendant very personable. Room had basic amenities and comforts. The entire motel seemed recently refurbished. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and room and bathroom were spotless when we entered. Small fridge and microwave a nice touch even though we only stayed for one night.

When we initially entered the room, there was an odour of moisture. However, It did dissipate during our one night stay.

EVERYTHING! I/we have stayed in many, many motels over the years and this motel is absolutely at the top of the list. It was one of the cleanest, and most comfortable motel rooms we have ever stayed in. Everything about the room was absolutely immaculate. Not only was the room clean and first class, but so was the property in general. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting Perth and the surrounding area.

Nothing to not like.

the room and amenities were very good. a good size bathroom with lots of water pressure and hot water. In the main area, the TV is a good size with the basic cable TV channels, a decent coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable with good linens.

I would prefer to have a TV remote control with a “sleep” function and better toiletries. I k ew the toiletries were low quality from my previous stay, so made sure to bring my own on this trip.

Absolutely ultra clean and fresh. Comfy mattress/beds. Recently renovated with nice bathroom fixtures and shower/tub surround. Well kept and maintained clean. While situated on the highway, easy 7 min drive to downtown Perth and all sights & attràctions. Very close to all amenities, food and gas ,drugstore; can even walk over to nearby craft brewery &pub!

No cable TV guide readily available , either on-screen or hard copy.

First impression was it was very clean, freshly renovated, well-cared for. The staff were friendly, efficient and hard-working; COVID precautions were followed to the letter (even if they were optional). The pool was exceptionally well-maintained. The motel itself is in an excellent location for visiting the region. Fridge, microwave, amenities, air-conditioning were all appreciated. The bed was soft yet firm (if I can describe it that way). Thank you!

Nothing that was the motel's fault... there is a train that passes, but it didn't bother us. Would not hesitate to return to this motel.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The mini fridge/freezer was a most welcome amenity. I suggest that they should have a specific "makeup removal" washcloth in a dark colour so that the lovely white towels don't get stained with mascara residue.

There was no suitcase holder and there were very few places to unpack into (two small drawers and a hanging rack with few hangers).

We love the location! Not far from Ottawa. And the TRAINS! This motor inn is now our go to spot for sure. The family that runs this inn is amazing! They engage with their guests and keep a close eye on things. We like that!

We requested a different style of room this time around and I have to be honest, we weren't overly impressed. Parking and outdoor sitting area is oddly dedicated to this room. However, on a positive note, we would totally reserve the 3 rooms that make up the corner for our entire family! So really there isn't much we don't like.

Good location in Perth. Exterior property looks outdated but rooms are recently renovated (looks like it). The usual is included in the rooms (TV, AC, coffee maker, etc). Beds were comfortable, overall room space decent. Motel is located walking distance to shops and restaurants. Property is located just off Hwy-7 but inside the room, the road noise is barely noticeable. Wifi reaches the room but we didn't use it. Plenty of parking on the property. Definitely keeping this property in mind for next time.

For the value, nothing to complain about.

Clean and comfortable room, easy access from parking.

The remote for the TV was not working properly so changing channels was difficult. I gave up and was annoyed. Travelling with an elderly parent, our days ended early and this left me with nothing to do. Also, the man who checked us in only activated our room cards for one night, when we paid for two nights. We had to walk to the office to have the cards activated. I would have liked a small table near the sofa to set a drink on.

Shoveling of snow should have done to clearly see where the curb was touching the parking lot. The walkway was well done outside motels rooms. Where we parked, l almost twisted my ankle because stepping up onto the walkway you couldn't see the curb it was totally covered in snow everywhere. Something to remember now for customers/guests safety.
