The front desk guy I think it was dale he was just the best so professional made me feel my belongings and person were safe and well taken care of cause I had tools in my truck and I told them I was worried of them getting stolen he assured me that I would be taken care of and my property would be safe and that was very comforting the staff were all happy and smiling friendly and it was just a good atmosphere

Dogs. I am an old guy and still not used to having dogs barking inside rooms as you walk by. Also don’t like it when they bring dogs to breakfast.

The room was large and had a lot of space. We had a problem with the sink in the first room and they moved us to another room a few doors away immediately.

Since it was booked through a third party website and I did not have my card the Comfort card refused to put points on my account when I called.

Pics matched the rooms. Soap smelled and felt amazing. Huge bath tub, rag for wet/snowy boots was brilliant, thick towels, great toiletries. Comfortable bed. Microwave, and fridge was great. Great location

There was a slight miscommunication prior to my arrival. I talked to a very nice gentleman on the phone before booking to ensure I wouldn't have any issues when I arrived (re: payment and deposit), and he was to make a note highlighting my special approval. Upon arrival, the next desk clerk chastised me right away after I said I'm here for my booking. No note was left and I nearly didnt get the room. The clerk said he'd accept my situation only because I made it before 4pm. Which was very confusing.

Breakfast was great. Terry, the front desk manager..was absolutely perfect and very understanding and kind. He deserves many kudos. There was a young girl cleaning the rooms on the top floor and she was most helpful too. Wonderful staff we encountered.

Easy to get to location and friendly staff.

Construction was stated to start at 9, but actually started earlier than that and they were blasting music right outside my.window first thing in the morning.

Not great, as most offerings were processed foods, and the coffee also, not very good.

More variety in the breakfast choices, and better coffee.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Being as we stayed in hotel a little longer the housekeeping staff were helpful with my wife. They supplied her with a few items for the room during our extended stay. They were also friendly with our little dog.

Walking my little dog in this area is not the best, busy traffic area, but that is not the hotel's fault, it is what it is.

We always have a wonderful stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

There was a bit of pet odor, but I have a bionic nose, lol.

Room was very clean, breakfast was more than I expected. Very good food and a lot of choice, I always look for breakfast included, and this one didn’t disappoint. Overall very pleased.
