The space was big, and we had a washer, dryer, microwave and stove in the room. It was basically an apartment style room. However, this wasn’t our original option, we upgraded when we got to the hotel.

The couch in the living room of room 1401 (which was the room we stayed), was extremely dirty and needs to be changed, so many stains on it. We had to lay a bedsheet on it in order for us to feel comfortable to sit on it. Also, we didn’t appreciate what housekeeping did, we were told to let front desk know if we needed housekeeping for a two night stay, we informed front desk that we would like housekeeping the next day. Housekeeping came and only changed the towels, and semi-cleaned the bathroom but didn’t change the sheets or even lay the bed. We found that very strange and we were not happy about that.

We were in room 410 . Recently renovated. Couch super comfy as well as the beds. Loved the bedding and bedspread. Tv a bit hard to maneuver finding tv guide . Ended up shutting it off . Tishaya ( think this is how to spell her name )was check in assistant …what a fabulous lady , and quite the ambassador for your hotel . We will be back

If i am being fussy….and it i were the owner…..i would say .all Mirrors were smudgy, spot of stain behind bathroom door . Did not like the smell of grease from Moxie¡s ventilation . Hence could not sit outside when i had paid for an upgrade .

We always love staying for the beds. So comfy and clean. We had an amazing staff check in during the evening. I didn't get her name, they were busy but she made sure our stay was fixed. Somehow the room we booked wasn't what we needed and unfortunately had to pay for a upgrade. But she was very helpful and pleasant.

In the morning our check out was less pleasant by the lady working. Who also tried to charge us for parking. We have stayed many times over the last few years and never had been asked or told about parking fees on top of the stay. She didn't end up charging, but a heads up if it's changed would be appreciated..

Convenient to airport Restaurant on site is great

The guest services staff were not able to give detailed advice about locating the shuttle bus at the airport. During check in the staff were focused on an internal phone call with another staff person about an unrelated matter. We had been travelling for over 36 hours so were anxious to get to our room. The morning shuttle had mechanical problems. The driver called another shuttle which came quickly but this driver was angry about the situation and they were arguing while we were waiting to go to the airport. Overall would recommend this hotel and would stay again. The issues mentioned should be easily remedied.

The room was comfortable and clean and nice sized. The bathroom was nice. The shuttle service was so convenient.

The elevators. There was only one working. For 14 floors there were times of painful waiting with many other guests. For the money, and we stayed just one night, it was quite uncomfortable. The fact that there was not a good choice to have breakfast at the hotel Moxie's prices are way too much for what you get. We went to a hotel nearby (10 min walk) for a good buffet breakfast that was fantastic.

i really enjoyed my stay at the sandman my family and i did a little sightseeing went to the pool and hottub we cleaned up and went to moxies for a drink and nauchos service there was great we had a 650 flight we went down and caught the shuttle to the airport were dropped off right at the door for check in highly recommend for airport travelers thanks

there was construction going on but it reflected in the price and they only worked til 4 or 5 pm.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, close to the event we were attending.

The staff were very standoffish and cold. Barely a smile and as I was pulling out my payment details, the staff was condescendingly clicking her fingernails on the counter and sighing loudly with much impatience. I had to walk away from the counter in order to hold my composure. She was very unprofessional.

The beds were very comfortable. It was a good size room. It felt homey. It's pricey.

The carpet wasn't vacuumed. The bathtub had not been cleaned. I was charged an extra $ 50.00 for a room with a balcony after checking to see if the hotel had balconies and booking.com said they did not have them.

the property was clean and the staff was proffesional, a staff called Ricca was Amazing, I was stocked in the washroom and when I called the front desk she picked while I was talking to her in anger voice, she was calming me down and before I know it she came to the my room she was smiling while talking and keep comforting me with words and she even asked if I will like to change my room, she was so friendly and professional, she called the maintenance even while trying her best to fix the door first, she asked my kids if they would like to change the room but my kids said no we are fine we like this room and she told them you can ask mummy to call if you feel uncomfortable and I will change your room right instantly and I ended up smiling and tell her thank you and I didn’t change the room till I left cos the maintenance fix the door . thanks so much Ricca keep up your good work 👍

the shuttle at the airport was a bit hit and miss. Dont expect the service to load your bags-you need to do that yourself.
