The staff, the possibility to order food even when we arrived so late and the shuttle to the airport.

We flew from Vancouver and had 3 hrs time difference and also cause our luggage didn't arrive the evening before because of which it took us a lot of time at the airport and we only arrived the hotel around 11-11:30 PM with our 3 year old daughter. Had dinner and went to bed around 1AM. Due to all this, we woke up only at 10AM, and we missed breakfast. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be arranged for our daughter, but nothing was possible, which we found a bit sad. Everything else was amazing, and this was also on us. This doesn't affect my experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay for an overnight layover. There is a shuttle bus going from the airport to the hotel, taking about 5 min. Room was super confortable, with all the basic facilities. There is a swimming pool, sauna, and even a small indoor basketball room available. There is a good choice of restaurants within a 10 min. Cad drive or a longer walk after a transatlantic flight. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Getting to the city center by public transport would require to switch at the airport.

We were there for a very short time. 9pm - 4am We had an early flight but comfortable for very tired travelers. Thank you.

it’s an ideal hotel, close to the terminal, for a layover. we had to fly again in the morning and the terminal is minutes away only from the hotel. the room is good as well as the beds.

check in took a long time because they could not find our reservation, some problems with the computer. was not convenient for us as we arrived past midnight due to delays with our flight, and our next flight was early in the morning again, so we wanted to go to our room quickly, but we had to wait a long time before we got checked in.

The staff was genuine and helpful. We got stuck at the Toronto Airport after a flight cancellation and needed a room last minute on a holiday weekend. We were checked in quickly, the room was very clean and nice and breakfast the next morning was hot and comforting. They have a shuttle that runs back and forth from the airport from R3 on the Ground Floor and Departures upstairs about every 15 minutes. Very convenient. Nice bar in the hotel and swim and fitness area. Would definitely stay here again.

Its an easy place to be based and to work out of for my business acticity at Toronto airfield. Hotel is clean and comfortable with everything on hand for a good trip. Breakfast is good. Staff ways very helpful and friendly from the reception to the cleaners to the bar and restarant staff, doorman and taxi driver.

This time I stayed over a weekend which is not such a great atmosphere. Lots of noise from the bar and kids running around. Air conditioning is difficult to control at times so the noise wakes you up.

If you need a restful stopover near the airport, it would be hard to beat this hotel. My room was clean and satisfied my needs. The lobby is spacious and has a nice ambiance. The breakfast buffet offered quality. Indoor pool and exercise facilities are well maintained, and there is an attractive area shaded by trees next to the pool in which to relax.

A little pricey perhaps, but you get what you pay for, and our experience there certainly energized my dog and me for the resumption of our travels.

Great location close to airport. Free shuttle service. Easy to check in at 1am after flight. Late checkout at 12.

I've been to other Hilton hotels at airports where you literally couldn't hear a single plane due to glazing and soundproofing. Whilst this hotel wasn't noisy, you could hear the planes and housekeeping was a little noisy in corridors if you were trying to sleep in after late arrival. Otherwise the room was great.

Although we booked this property last minute, on the same day due to our flight getting delayed, this property served us well. Complimentary shuttle from airport to hotel and return which runs every 30 mins on and off property is comfortable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked it for just 4 hours of layover stay and got the good resting time.. everything per se expectation was met.

Sorry but the coffee machine in the room was not working. We thought to have a cup of coffee due to tiredness but it didn't worked. Please just take care.. thanks..
